My family booked this hotel to attend the Braves Wild Card games and let me tell you this was the best experience and we will be coming back! The rooms were very clean and the house keeping staff was so friendly and promptly gave us anything we needed. The front desk staff was exceptional, breakfast was great and coffee was good! The best part about this hotel was the shuttle service not only to and from truist park/ the battery but anywhere within a 3 mile radius to the hotel! It’s not a bad walk to the battery from the hotel, definitely doable but having a shuttle was unexpected and an awesome bonus!

First, customer service was exceptional! Lorie from night shift was kind, friendly and went above and beyond. Now the rooms were really bad. Room 104 had a hole in the wall under the sink. Changed to room 624,in the video you could hear how sticky the floor was, dirty and had stained carpet and shower floor was damaged, the ceiling was patched up and looked horrible. Room 618 the entire shower was inoperable due to possibly causing injury from the broken plastic throughout the floor of the shower. I landed in room 620 which was clean, did not have safety hazards, and the ceiling was not falling apart. I stayed in plenty of IHG properties and this one was shocking due to the conditions of the rooms. I truly hope those rooms are put out of commission until repairs are made.

I work in task force. They were not aware until I told the gentleman at night Devon, the night auditor, and then the young lady in the morning time in the morning shift miss Alexandria. They were both impeccable click on their feet efficient service, loyalty recognized for every guest or signed up a new one if not a member, And just made the spirit of Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn express and Mr Kemmons. The reason I decided to get a hotel room was to get some rest and take a bath. When I tried to bathe, the water was boiling hot, so I couldn't do it. I waited a bit to see if cooler water would come out, but nothing happened. At the front desk, they just apologized and said they would speak to the maintenance staff.
