- KAKaila Amador4 days ago3.0While this hotel advertises itself as being pet friendly, it really means dog friendly. They do not allow cats. No where in the policies online when you book or even on the pet policy they have you sign does it say no cats. I completely understand a hotel not wanting to allow cats, and that is not my problem. I feel that's a perfectly valid policy, and I always check the policies online before booking to make sure it does not say dog only. My frustrations lie with the fact that it does not seem to be an official policy, is not advertized anywhere or listed in any policies, and I only found out after traveling from overseas for 24 hours and arrived to check-in. As a side note, Allen was absolutely phenomenal! And if this review was only about him, 5 stars would not be enough!!

- AHAmber HollandApr 8, 20265.0I loved our stay here. Very welcoming front desk clerk. Clean and pleasant feel. It felt very homey to be a hotel. I loved the outdoor dog space and the tables. Will definitely stay again!
- MPMark ParkerApr 4, 20262.0The remote had old chocolate all over it and in between the buttons. The toilet would not flush. Instead of putting me in another room, the lady came up with a plunger in a plastic bag. I had to plug it out myself. Needless to say it never worked and I could not poop because it was already old poop in there. The toilet had no water pressure. Not enough to flush it. Worse stay ever. The lady did replace the remote with a new one, but who cares about tv when your stomach is killing you.

Allen at front desk was great and could teach classes on friendliness and hospitality. The location is convenient to great restaurants like papadeux and papositos. Plus free parking
