  Hallway reeks of marijuana. Roaches (yes multiple) in our room and hallways. Damage to the room prior to checking in, phone had been ripped from The wall so no way to call and get wifi information, walked down and no one at desk for over 15 minutes.

  The doors doesnt lock the pool its closed since last year the bedrooms are dirty the a/c doesn’t woork properly there no cable or any entertainment on the tv the room have more dust inside than outside for 117+ a day you could get a much better hotel this hotel the price should be 45 to 60 the night that should said everything

  Dirty, pass on this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for a baseball trip. All the floors had their own nasty smell but the 4th floor smelled the least. The room was dirty there was an empty alcohol bottle on the floor, a bandaid on the floor and unwrapped soap in shower. They advertised a pool and laundry room both were out of service. The ice machine was out of service. Best Western should drop this location.

  Check-in took forever, the pool was not able to be used because it needed to be inspected, the front desk staff for OK, one was really nice and one was incredibly rude. When I did get checked in, the door was broken and the room was dirty and had somebody else's dish and it still. The walls looked filthy. Came downstairs to ask for a different room and now I'm waiting. I was told five minutes. It's been at least 20 minutes more. Checking into a hotel. Shouldn't take over an hour.
