  worst hotel i have ever stayed in. the carpet was moist in the room. It smell musty in the room as well probably mold. then the hallway smelled of weed. when making the reservation the person said this is a NO SMOKING hotel not even on the premis. Then the supposed breakfast if that is what you can call a breakfast was pathetic. I left and went to cracker barrel instead. The bath room in these rooms there wasn't a wash cloth in site and besides that there were towels that were put up that had stains on them. This hotel doesn't deserve to use the name best western.. I is horible i would not recommend this place to a single soul until it is shut down and renevated properly.

  WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MINE AND MY BOYFRIEND'S LIVES! DO NOT STAY HERE! Had 2 nights reserved and paid in advance. After driving 6 hours, we were tired and arrived at 3:50pm, were told there were no clean rooms and to come back in an hour. Room keys did not work, had to go back to the front desk 3 times before keys worked. Observed large, open holes in walls on 2 floors, dirt in elevators, toilet plungers on floor in 2 hallways, bathroom door at least an inch bigger than door frame would not close, window in 4th floor hall had been shot and was shattered, woman appeared homeless came out of elevator pushing baby stroller with no baby full of food and belongings, worn out uncomfortable bed mattress, room did not look or smell clean. We left after one night. If I could give a negative rating I would.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. I stayed at the Best Western near Cumberland/Galleria for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I checked into my room on the first night, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was filthy, there were bugs crawling around the bathroom, and the bed linens had visible blood stains on them. I was completely uncomfortable and disgusted by the condition of the room. What made the situation even worse was that housekeeping had already left for the evening, so there was no one available to replace the linens. I was essentially left with the choice of sleeping on blood-stained sheets or sleeping in a chair. I chose the chair because I simply could not bring myself to sleep in that bed. I also requested a refund because of the condition of the room and the fact that I was unable to properly use the accommodations I paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel only refunded me for one night, despite the fact that my experience was unacceptable from the moment I checked in. I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but blood-stained linens, bugs, and an unsanitary bathroom are not minor inconveniences—they are basic cleanliness and sanitation issues. I expected better accommodations and, at minimum, better customer service in resolving the situation. I strongly recommend inspecting your room immediately upon check-in if you choose to stay here. Personally, I would not book this hotel again, and based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  Room was okay. Our floor smelled like weed when getting off the elevator, but luckily our room didn't. Bed was awful, went all the way to the board. No microwave. Pool was pretty looking. Breakfast was better than most hotels...eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.
