  Had a wonderful time in Savannah. The Marshall House was beautiful, and the staff and accommodations were excellent. Very authentic feel and experience, although, we never saw anything go bump in the night... Lol

  Recently stayed at the Marshall House, and had an awesome stay. It's old, very historic, haunted and in the middle of everything. What more could we have asked for. All of the staff was professional, friendly, and always there to help, and always greeting us with smiles. The rooms are small but very accommodating. The beds were made, along with fresh towels daily, something many places have forgotten. The breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the happy hour was nice to unwind and get ready for going out to dinner. When visiting Savannah stay at the Marshall House, you will not be disappointed.

  Thank you especially *Dana Rodwell* for taking such good care of us in our departure panic and for making a good stay an excellent one! We loved our four night stay at The Marshall House. Great atmosphere and location. Room was comfortable will definitely recommend! . 😃🙏

  I wish I had the experience to stay here but, twice now, I have tried to book a room here and had it pulled from me. Twice, I have gone through the process of booking a room, gettin it approved, and getting a call apologizing and saying it’s no longer available. The last time I was given a letter from the assistant manager offering a complimentary upgrade if I were to stay with them again. So, against my better judgement, I tried to book with them again. Lo and behold, he’s no longer there and the receptionist had no interest in helping us out with an upgrade or anything. She was rude and unhelpful. Good luck trying to book here!

  Went here on vacation for my birthday and my boyfriend’s birthday. There was a mixup with the website when booking our room but Chris was awesome and put us in a regular room the first night and then upgraded us to the Mary Marshall Suite the other two nights. It’s very conveniently located close to many shops, restaurants, museums, and a very short walk to the river. The hotel staff were all amazing. We ate breakfast there every morning and the selection is perfect no matter your dietary preference. The evening entertainment changes every night but there is always a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses to choose from and multiple wines. It’s a very lovely stay.
