  Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, we had a wonderful stay at The Marshall House. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are smaller than expected, but were completely adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is perfect as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Martha and Josh were very personable and enhanced our experience for our first visit to Savanah. Although we didn't "see" any ghosts, we can't explain why the ceiling fan slowly started to turn. When we made mention that it must be a ghost, it stopped. We never felt uncomfortable. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome and special treatment! You made our celebration one to remember!

  We had a quick two day trip to Savannah. We enjoyed Marshall House for several reasons. It was a great location, we walked everywhere. It was a historical building. They offered an early evening lounge service with wine and charcuterie buffet and entertainment. The evening we enjoyed it there was a harpist playing. Also included in our rate was the made to order breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, this included everyone we interacted with; front desk, valet, breakfast staff, lounge attendant. We only wish we had booked a room that had the veranda access. We would stay here again the next time we are in Savanah. The room was clean and quiet, it was historical done well.

  Loved everything about our stay at the Marshall House. Our room was beautiful and clean. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly - front desk, bell service/valet, breakfast servers, and housekeeping. Location is great, easily walkable to area attractions. The only thing that disappointed was we didn't have any experiences with the local spirits of the inn. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back again. Thanks for a great time, Marshall House!!

  We were only there one night and then had to move to a different hotel for a family get together. Definitely should’ve stayed at the Marshall House the whole time! The location is perfect. Our room was a king with access to the balcony (through the window!) and was comfortable and lovely. All of the staff was top-notch from checkin to checkout. Special thanks to China at the desk and Dayasha, the enthusiastic and fantastic valet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Wonderful stay and outstanding hospitality! I want to give a special shout-out to Clarence, who helped with our luggage and made a great first impression from the moment we arrived. He was one of the friendliest and most welcoming hotel employees I’ve encountered. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and genuine kindness really stood out. It’s employees like Clarence who can make a good stay become a memorable one. He represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for a great experience—we truly appreciated it!
