  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Hunter Army Inn Holiday Inn Express My wife and I (Princess) recently had the pleasure of staying at Hunter Army Inn Holiday Inn Express IHG, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The primary reason we chose this hotel was because of Ms. Cathy at the front desk. Before making our reservation, I called the hotel and had the pleasure of speaking with her. Ms. Cathy was professional, friendly, charming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, provided detailed information about the hotel and its amenities, and made us feel confident that we would have an enjoyable stay. Her warm personality and outstanding customer service were the deciding factors that convinced my wife and I to stay at this property. Upon arrival, Ms. Cathy continued to exceed expectations. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Her commitment to customer service is truly second to none and reflects positively on the entire hotel. I would also like to recognize Ms. Manuela for her outstanding work preparing the breakfast buffet each morning. The food was fresh, well-stocked, delicious, and presented with care. She worked hard to ensure guests had an enjoyable dining experience and started their day off right. In addition, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Hope, the Operations Manager. She was professional, personable, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a positive experience. It was evident that she takes pride in the hotel and in the team she leads. As a retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, I have stayed in many hotels throughout my military career and retirement. Exceptional customer service stands out, and the team at Hunter Army Inn Holiday Inn Express delivered exactly that. Ms. Cathy, Ms. Manuela, and Ms. Hope are tremendous assets to this organization and deserve recognition for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction.   We had an issue where my daughter was accidentally locked out of her room and her cat was unfortunately left in there by herself. It took a moment but it was rectified and I really appreciate the staff for taking care of it. The morning staff was so kind they even comped our room for that night that we were locked out.

  Wonderful stay, I highly recommend staying there, on base, safe and secure, very good breakfast, extremely friendly staff, especially Suzette, she was very helpful.
