  Room was huge and clean, had plenty of towels and two TV’s. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed. Disappointed that they are deceitful with the hotel fee and destination fee, an abhorrent practice by hotels in the last few decades to get around their own expenses by putting extra bills on the customer. So even if you use a third party to get a better deal, you end up paying more anyway. And I was erroneously charged for valet parking even though I didn’t use that service which is a big mistake on their part. I had to call to get the charge removed. No apologies were offered or anything. That put a damper on the experience. And breakfast didn’t appear complimentary.

  Había visto comentarios no muy buenos de este Hotel, sin embargo me quedé aquí y me encantó ya que tiene una Ubicacion excelente y las habitaciones sinceramente están muy bien no sé si tuve suerte pero para mí está muy bien. Incluso me encanta que tenga el lavabo fuera del baño que esté separado también tienes aguas fruta y café por las mañanas también ponen pero independientemente de eso está súper bien como comenté anteriormente la Ubicacion vale la pena y las habitaciones y la cama está muy cómoda sin duda regresaría a este hotel. Si algún día regreso a Savannah Georgia no será de lujo pero está muy bien realmente el Hotel

  Great Location, Friendly Staff, and a Comfortable Stay! Overall, my experience at Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District was very good. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of River Street, downtown Savannah, restaurants, and local attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was well-maintained. However, I was a little surprised by how small the room was compared to what I expected. Despite the size, it was still comfortable and provided a pleasant experience. I especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area, which had a great atmosphere. The hotel staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. My biggest complaint would have to be the $48 parking fee, which I personally feel is a little excessive. I understand that parking comes at a premium in downtown Savannah, especially with the convenience of being close to everything, but I believe the hotel could offer guests a more reasonable parking rate. Overall, I had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel's cleanliness, atmosphere, hospitality, and excellent location. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenience of exploring downtown Savannah and the riverfront. I would recommend this hotel to others, but I would suggest being prepared for the parking cost and potentially smaller room sizes.

  I love this hotel! I travel to Savannah every other week for work, and over the past five years, I have probably stayed at this hotel 75+ times. The location is incredible, and the hotel itself is quite nice. While I don’t normally eat at the hotel, I have eaten there in a pinch, and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food that the chef is putting out. But it is the people that earned this hotel a five star rating from me. The bartenders are always extremely pleasant and happy to provide recommendations on what to do around town. Valet staff are always hustling for your vehicle, even during crazy peak times. And I could go on and on about the front desk staff- I have always been treated with with a warm, welcoming kindness from every front desk staff I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with during my stays. On the rare occasion that something is missing or wrong with my room, they work with the great housekeeping and maintenance staff to make it right expeditiously. After some extremely long, rough days, having such wonderful staff welcoming you and accommodating you really makes the stay that much better. While all the staff is incredible, I’d specifically like to shout out one of the front desk receptionists, Marty. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that my stay there is as great as possible. I truly appreciate all her hard work, and especially her incredibly kind demeanor. This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re looking to spend some quality time in beautiful Savannah. My only slight criticism would be to update the room televisions and some of the lighting in the rooms- but the unique vibe of the hotel, the location, and most importantly, the awesome, attentive, kind staff keep me coming back every other week.

  Far from the luxury you would expect from a hotel in the location that it’s in. Upon arriving, there was no one behind the desk and a line of three people they had waited for 10 minutes before we got there and waited an additional five before anyone showed up to check people in. When we arrived at our room, the musty smell was overwhelming so we dropped off our bags and turned the AC on the musty smell did not go away for the entire duration of our stay. The Fridge had milky liquid frozen two and stuck on the inside top of it. The floor is in the dining area were sticky with towels around the bottom of the plants. The shower has the water pressure of a leaking garden hose. So don’t expect a cool rinse off after exploring the downtown in the heat. Breakfast is so overpriced that even if you do you get a $40 voucher, you will still be paying over that for two people for medium good food. Overall it was a place to sleep and location was good. Upon arriving home, I’ve discovered over $150 worth of charges for two days that have not been explained to me even after one of the booking personnel said that it was an error. Way overpriced.
