The bed smelled of urine so we were only able to use 1 of the 2 beds which means that I and my 2 teenagers had to sleep in one queen size bed. It was hot in the room. When I contacted the front desk to see if they could resolve the issue, they only stated that they were sold out but did not offer to change the linen or bed spread. I will not return this location again.

Julia got us settled the first night and was very friendly and helpful. We made this trip last minute and forgot some essentials. Aliscia was very patient and so pleasant to talk to while helping with all of our requests. Definitely recommend staying here for the customer service and being conveniently close to Savannah without the downtown prices.
