She went above and beyond for all our needs. Hotel and room are very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely would come back.

Food kept running out and there was no sense of urgency to replenish. I’ve never been asked for a deposit and having been a past platinum elite this disturbed me. Everything else was as expected.

The bed smelled of urine so we were only able to use 1 of the 2 beds which means that I and my 2 teenagers had to sleep in one queen size bed. It was hot in the room. When I contacted the front desk to see if they could resolve the issue, they only stated that they were sold out but did not offer to change the linen or bed spread. I will not return this location again.
