Angela and her team completely turned my experience around after I shared concerns about my room. Jeneesa, Mykicia, Yesheka, J’Don, Cahiem, Angela, and the housekeeping staff provided stellar customer service. They listened, found a solution, compensated me for the inconvenience, and were genuinely delightful throughout the process. In addition to addressing my concerns, they upgraded me to an IHG One Rewards member and provided enough points for a complimentary future stay. This level of service is often missing in today’s culture, so it felt wonderful to see a hotel that truly values its guests and takes pride in service, accountability, and integrity. Thank you, Mr. Patel (GM) and team, for turning a disappointing beginning into such a positive experience. I look forward to staying with IHG again!

Room had roaches, staff was hit or miss 1/2 nice 1/2 not so much. General manager knocked on my door 2nd day here said they had complaints about a smell of smoke so they were asking if we smelled it??? Definitely no smoke and she definitely wasnt asking anyone else??? Definitely felt targeted. Wouldn't recommend. UPDATE TO REPLY FROM HOTEL, We wont be coming back and will be contacting corporate as well as IHG. Roaches, mildew smell, and the manager is horrible.
