  I have never experienced customer service this terrible. My interaction with Carolyn was unbelievably frustrating and completely unacceptable. From the moment I dealt with her, I felt dismissed, disrespected, and treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. She doesn’t have the ability to drop her true attitude and work at the front desk of a hotel. After arriving EXTREMELY late and arriving to a room with NO AC ON , they sent an unwarranted 7:15 am wake up call to my room. Why on earth is this hotel leaving their ACs off in between guests and why on earth are the sending automatic 7:15 AM wake up calls.

  We have been to many a Holiday inn Express over the past 25 years and this would land in the top five. It is a new hotel, opening late 2025. It has woods on three sides, giving you a relaxing and private and quiet surroundings. The breakfast area has a nice patio outside next to said woods. The pool has a larger than expected area for small children. The room has no problems staying cool enough to sleep well and the a/c unit was never noticable. The TV options were very good, a clear guide and the option to use Netflix, with your existing account). There was no grab bar in the shower but the sliding shower door handle was quite sturdy.

  One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was very clean and new. Breakfast was wonderful and fresh. I even heard worship music playing from the back. All of the staff was very kind and friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!

  Had a fantastic stay here! The entire property is exceptionally well-maintained and spotless from the lobby to the rooms. A special shoutout to Yvette at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made sure my check-in and stay went smoothly. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with such high standards of cleanliness. Highly recommended!!

  I would challenge anyone who has given less than a 5 star review in the past to stay here again. I travel on business, so I am at hotels for the better part of a month in Savannah. This place is inarguably the best value in the Savannah area and there is not a close second. You will be convinced I am telling the truth when you walk into the lobby. the most clean and aesthetically of any Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The renovation are recent and the money was very well spent. the rooms feel brand new as well. No feelings of dampness that are common in this area. Very spacious and clean. I cam in after midnight exhausted and have stayed multiple days. The owner clearly holds them accountability with customer service. Kind, courteous and friendly on every shift( as someone who travels a lot this is difficult to accomplish with night shift, typically). I think this is the 3rd review I have ever done. But, given new ownership has clearly made a massive investment to optimize their hospitality, I felt compelled to commend them on their incredible work! They deserve to succeed!!!!
