  The hotel is in an unsafe and high crime area would not feel safe coming back here again. The hotel staff was also very rudeI won’t be staying with Holiday Inn anymore as a member While traveling And we’ll be following up with a Better Business Bureau complaint as well

  Great new hotel. Very clean. Good selection of TV channels - which is unusual. Comfortable bed. Great pillows. Spacious room. Unique blackout blind that slides into a receptor track. I have not seen this elsewhere. Eliminates struggling with curtains. Unusual Euro-style open shower pan that allows water to fliw into the center of the bathroom. I was not a fan of that idea. Although I understand the need for it to accomodate wheelchairs, etc. No TV pot in the room, but coffee is in the dining area 24/7. No complaints here about service or room.

  The hotel is nice and clean but unfortunately our room was noisy. The fun installed in our unit is pretty loud and it’s impossible to turn it off. Feels like you are trying to sleep on a plane

  I had a really nice stay at this hotel, and everything was great from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever I had a question. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast, which had a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The hotel was quiet and in a convenient location, which made my stay even better. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Savannah.

  I booked a handicap room and found that once I checked in that the shower dries inside the shower but also onto the tiled bathroom floor so it makes it Very slippery. While I was staying at this location for 6 days I also ran into the fire sprinkler in the bathroom covered in some kind of paper. I made the mgmt staff aware and they came to my room to help with the matter. I preceded to leave for the day since I was on vacation but to only come back 4hrs later to my door to my room was left open . Luckily for me nothing appeared to be missing so I will take that as a blessing. I made the front desk aware and showed them the pictures of my door and was told they would make a note of it . Along with drain problem in the bathroom there was also black flies which appeared to be fruit flies coming from the drain ,again made the front desk aware and was told there were making a note about it. I can not tell you about any other rooms there but if your traveling this may not be the place you would want to stay. Upon me checking out I was able to finally speak to the General manager and showed him everything I had experienced and he offered to give me a credit that I didn't ask for but since I went through a third party he could do nothing. I will not be back to this hotel.
