  We stayed here for 2 nights when we were visiting Savannah. It is a GLO Best Western, which means the design is modern with bold colors and unusual furnishings. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was average.

  Fantastic hotel in a great location. The rooms were very nice,cozy and clean. The breakfast was really good (eggs,sausage, bacon, potatoes,parfait, waffles, cereal, muffins, toast bread, bagels,oatmeal, apples and bananas. Great located close to the outlet stores and restaurants.

  I stayed at Glo best western Pooler Savannah airport this past Sunday 03/29/26. My experience at this hotel was horrible. I was in town for a wedding that started at 5pm. I arrived at the hotel for check in at 3pm and was told that my room wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to check in until 4pm which made me late for the wedding I was attending. The first room I was given the door was open and the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. I did let the front desk know and after a few minutes they provided me with a separate room on a different floor. The second room that we was given the AC only cooled one part of the room which left me and my fiancé sweating all night. The day of check out we had the privacy sign on our door so that no one would come in and a cleaning man just used his key while we were changing without any notice. My fiancé was very uncomfortable and upset by this. I am requesting that someone reach out to me regarding this issue because this is unacceptable. Update: The solution they wanted to provide was a $9 refund which is totally unacceptable and disrespectful after all that happen during a one night stay there is no resolution to these issues. Us having to check in late and to have an employee Violate our privacy by coming in our room uninvited should be grounds enough for a full refund or atleast half not a $9 refund.

  All was perfect during our stay on March 15th. until the neighboring rooms on the 2nd floor became active and very loud in the middle of the night to disturb our peace and quiet and ruin our rest. A group of drunken hotel guests woke us up at about mightnight and persisted to party loudly in the hallway. At 2:30am we called the front desk and after 20 rings, demanded to immediately stop the disturbance. After a sleepless night, when we complained at check out to the responsible staff member, we were told that the group was simply celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Like it was nothing. This charade went on for the better part of 2 and 1 half hours. We feel that the hotel has a lot of work to do regarding training and instituting the proper service priorities to the staff for their guests. We should get a refund and we hope the general manager stands up and makes this right for us.
