- MMMichelleJun 30, 20265.0It is not a fancy hotel, but it is modern, clean, and definitely a good deal for a short stay. Overall it's a great place, though in my experience, the service is much better in the morning when the staff is upbeat and happy. The cleaning and kitchen staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but enough to get you full, and the juice wasn't watered down, which is a plus. Service wasn’t bad at check in that evening, but the employee just seemed tired and didn’t offer much information. She did tell us the breakfast hours, but didn't mention where to find the elevators, the WiFi info, or check out details. Still a good experience and accommodations for the price.
- CHChris HunnicuttJun 29, 20262.0Room was clean, but the ac was barely working. Thermostat said 65, but it was closer to 75. Used Expedia to book room and paid $105, get there and they charge you an additional $50 for services. Seen this popping up more and more. Beware the bs fees.
- LDLee DraperJun 24, 20265.0A nice hotel very clean and modern lots of parking rooms very comfortable. You have Walmart around the corner and restaurants close by but you do have to drive to them limited sidewalks. All in all a great hotel staff friendly helpful.
- BRBrenda ReeceJun 20, 20261.0First of all, I didn't receive a friendly welcome like I did at the other Pooler Best Western. I was not given complimentary water for being a preferred customer. I was not told of breakfast hours. As for the floors in my room, they were sticky and I had to keep my shoes on in the room. There also is no way to bring fresh air into the building as all the windows didn't unlock. The smell of strong chemical cleaners and some sort of perfume made me sick to my stomach and I couldn't even open a window.
