  Personally, I love a good hotel and free breakfast. This the second time my wife and I stayed here, this time just us two, and we both agree this is a great place! I gave it 5 stars because it was great, and was exactly what we needed for our trip to be successful. I feel like others see 5 stars and think "perfection," and if so, that's not this place. However, the staff were professional and kind, the rooms were cozy (we turned the a/c on immediately upon arrival to let the room cool when we got back since it was a high of 98 outside), the shower was perfect since we had just gotten back from the beach for the 250th celebration of the 4th, and breakfast was what I was looking forward to when I woke up. I had scrambled eggs, sausage links, yogurt, orange juice, self-cooked waffles, AND (this time) double chocolate chip muffins. I think the breakfast solidified the 5 star rating from me. Lots of people came and went for bfast by the time we were done eating, so lots of kids, but honestly, we loved our experience!

  The floor was very dirty, the bottom of our feet looked like we had been walking barefoot outside even after showering. The wayer pressure was weak. The sheets were stained. Attaching pictures of the pool that is currently closed, even though we were not aware of this when we booked.

  Rooms were disgusting and smelled like a dirty locker room. The floors turned our socks brown so they desperately needed cleaning. The provided shampoo bottles in the shower were empty and the pool was disgusting (there was a turtle in the pool). Free breakfast was awful. The milk was warm. The lobby stayed at a toasty 78 F. Only good thing is it’s a short drive to Savannah but 10000000% would never stay here again.

  We had a spacious room with a living room area with a sofa bed and then a bedroom area with two queen beds. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were watery and if you followed the directions for making the waffles they were never fully cooked. The location was perfect - just off 95 and had several restaurants in walking distance.

  While the staff was kind, the rest of the stay was not great. There are so many things wrong but here are a few... 1. There were only 2 towels for 4 guests. The hotel knew we had 4 guest but didn't seem to care enough to provide towels. 2. The TV did not have any networks or local channels so I was unable to watch the Stanley Cup Finals on ABC after a long day of travel. This may not seem like much with most people having streaming options however, most local channels aren't available for streaming away from home. It is beyond rediculous to not have local networks available on the TV. 3. When I needed ice, I followed all the signs to the ice maching... that didn't exist. 4. The AC was not strong enough to cool whole room. 5. There were no towels, water, or cleaning supplies in fitness room. 6. There were only bowls at breakfast (no plates). The kids had to eat a waffle out of a bowl. Staff was nice but other than that, this was a horrible room for the price.
