We really enjoyed our stay here! We booked a one-night stay to break up our drive back to TN from FL, and this hotel was in a great location that was convenient to the interstate but also set back enough where traffic noise was non-existent. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel itself was clean and felt very secure. We stayed in a suite with a king bed, and we had so much room between the living area and bedroom and bathroom. I thought the beds were super comfy! The AC unit did seem to struggle a bit with reaching the living area and bathroom. It felt much stuffier than the bedroom where the unit was located, but nothing too terrible. I always bring a small travel fan when we stay in hotels, so I recommend one of those if you're staying in a suite. Ultimately, my husband and I both felt like this was a great hotel and a great value.

Nice clean brand new hotel but awful management. Awful experience example no plates in breakfast buffet just the bowl so if you make waffles you figure out how you will be serving it to yourself. And many other things were missing and food was cooked in microwave. Weird bathroom setup when sink is outside the bathroom, if you are on toilet door is in between your legs.

I stayed here for one night, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The hotel is located right off the highway, which makes it very noisy at night—it was difficult to get proper rest. While the room itself was spacious, the condition was not great. The floor was uneven in several areas, with noticeable dips that made it feel poorly maintained. The most shocking issue was the toilet. The base seemed loose, and the entire toilet would wobble when sitting on it. I have never encountered a moving toilet before—this was honestly unacceptable and concerning from a safety standpoint. In addition, the front desk was frequently unattended. I had to wait quite a long time both for check-in and check-out, which added to the frustration. Overall, I’m just glad I only stayed here for one night. The only positive aspect was that the breakfast was actually decent.

We loved the rooms. Very nice and big for staying a couple days. Rooms were clean, nice soft pillows and good beds. Nice towels too! Loved the separation of the couch and tv room from the bedroom. Loved the soaps and lotion. Could use some more hooks though to hang up stuff and a mirror in bathroom. Could use hooks on both sides of bathroom door since the sink is separate from toilet and shower/tub area so you can hang your toiletry bag on something. Another thought to have a bifold door between bedroom and bathroom area to cut down on noise for people watching tv in living area. Liked all the tables and ottoman. Very accommodating as we needed to keep our cooler packs cold, they had a large cooler to put them in.

Was hoping the hotel would do the right thing but I need to put them on blast. I stayed at the BW+ this past Thursday to Monday, but I had to cut the stay short one day because I killed a huge roach in the room on the day before check out and I checked out immediately, and that was the last thing that happened. The rooms were nice enough - quite modern and set up pretty good. A little musty due to poor ventilation (can't open windows to get fresh air). We checked in to a room that had stains on the floor, looked like coffee or soda but we let it go because it was in the front room that we had no intention on using and just wanted to get some rest. However, the entire stay we were there there was no housekeeping service. I did have the private sign on the morning of the first day, but the next two days we were out all day and had no housekeeping. We thought this was bizarre but by the time we got back to the room we were tired and just wanted to get some rest. Finally, on the next to last day of our trip we came back from breakfast to a huge cockroach on the wall. We were so digusted and appalled that we got our stuff together and went downstairs to check out. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally come to the front desk (this was about 11:15 am) and the clerk was nice enough with us after I explained the situation but didn't seem too shocked at what happened. He said bc we booked through Expedia, I would need to get the room refunded through them but that he would alert the manager so that when Expedia called they would have the info. The manager was there just didn't want to come out. I didn't want to get refunded the whole trip, just that day that we would not be using. There was zero attempt by the hotel to rectify the stuation. They didnt offer to clean up, didn't offer to move rooms, no sorry, nothing. Whatever, we left completely grossed out. We ended up staying elsewhere and Expedia has since tried for two days to get us a refund and finally the hotel manager (Jim) denied the refund. Expedia gave us a credit for a few bucks to try and rectify the situation but this hotel should be ashamed of itself, enjoy the money you stole. It's digusting, so gross, and it ruined our experience. I can only imagine what is lying under the surface. Avoid this roach motel. Pictures attached.
