  Staff was very friendly. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel.

  The hotel is dirty. The elevator is falling apart. There were tiles from the elevator walls all over the floor of the elevator and it was never cleaned up. People down the hall had the same bag of garbage sitting outside of their room all week that was never picked up. There was food all over the floor of the stairwell that was there during my entire stay. Also, staff is not friendly or helpful. Left an item in the hotel, the front desk did absolutely nothing to try and locate it for me. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. There were transients regularly hanging around outside this hotel and the Best Western next door. We did call the cops as we did become concerned for some teen girls who were followed. Their response was, “Yes, that’s an active area.” When it rained, water came through the ceiling. The smell inside the rooms was horrific, and the air conditioning was clearly not working properly during our stay. The pool was also in poor condition. Tiles were falling off the sides, and the water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. The floors in our room were filthy. I do want to recognize the housekeeping staff. There was only one maid for the entire hotel, and she was clearly doing the best she could. There is simply no way one person can properly clean an entire hotel in a day, so the lack of cleanliness seems to be a staffing issue rather than a reflection of her effort. If you're traveling for sporting events, be aware that during our stay only one ice machine was working, and there was only one washer and one dryer available for the entire hotel. We stayed here because the tournament we played in required us to, but the overall condition, cleanliness, maintenance issues, and feeling safe made this a disappointing experience.

  The rain look clean, but several of our family members said that they were roaches in their room and they were afraid to stay in there and went to the desk Clark to let her know that there’s roaches in These rooms and the only thing was done. Was they gave a $50 credit?. But what about the Roaches? I feel like they should have reimbursed everyone in our party because this is disgusting. I will not advise anyone to stay in this hotel until they fix this problem and the smell in the hallways and then the room

  Worst hotel ever. Book at your own risk. Not as described. Booked on VRBO. RESEARCHED on Google for amenities. Said there was a bar and a restaurant. Nope!! No bar! No restaurant. Asked for a $100 refund for the 4 night stay. They refused. Poor customer service. By the way, there’s not a microwave or coffee maker in the room. You get two beds. That’s it! VERY OVER PRICED
