  AC didn’t work went down to get my money back. They would not give me my money back. Said they was giving my money back never did receive my money check right back out. Same day I checked in within a couple hours took forever for a manager to give me a call back.

  We arrived after booking in advance to find that the room had a wet floor. The AC had leaked. Half of the room had wet carpet. I was told it was the only available room. They only offered to cancel and refused a refund. I asked if they’d just book the room for someone else and was told it would be marked out of order. Disgusting.

  This hotel will be reported!!! We were transferred to two different rooms. Both rooms were highly toxic of mold!!!! They have humidifiers in the first room that was so full of water it wasnt even working!!! I guarantee all these rooms are present of this toxin.

  The Holiday Inn Express in Ringgold, Georgia is about the halfway point between lower Michigan and Kissimmee, Florida. I have stayed there 4 times, and have enjoyed my stay each time. There's a Pizza Hut within walking distance that has great food, and it's easily accessible from the I-75 Interstate Freeway, too. The hotel has a small pool, and a hot breakfast daily. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to break up the monotony of driving the entire distance in one day!

  Needs some work done! The toilet was loose from the floor. The bathroom was so small and hard to move around in (likely why the toilet is loose because it gets banged when you move around). The outlet in the bathroom has both the switch for the light and the plug for the hairdryer and if you plug in the hairdryer, it would pop the safety on the dryer - obviously an electrical issue there. The door to the room would get stuck on the carpet and not close securely. The lock on our door was malfunctioning and the front desk was aware and said if we didn't want to deal with it she could move us to a different room --- so she knew the lock didn't work??? Overall, it felt and looked dirty like it needs a good cleaning and fresh coat of paint.
