  Here we are almost four months to the day that we stayed at this hotel and complained about bed bugs in our room. There is still no resolution. I was ignored by the manager. He refused to talk to me on the phone or by email. Complaints to the corporate office were useless as they rely on the manager to handle the problem. If the manager won’t respond, they will do nothing. There is no oversite over the manager if he refuses to solve your problem and help you. This hotel is nasty. If you don’t believe me , look at some of the reviews from people that stayed here both before me and after. This manager is incompetent and doesn’t care about his guests. He will offer apologies all day long but does nothing to compensate you for your horrible stay. I have stayed at many hotels and this one is the worst. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you enjoy mold smell and sleeping with bugs. I will never again stay at any Holiday Inn hotel after this experience.

  The rooms and bathroom needs better cleaning and definitely needs updating the rooms only . Staff is very pleasant, the complementary breakfast the scrambled eggs not so good 😝 but a nice little selection of choices . And healthy options also .

  We stayed there 2 nights. We checked in at 7pm on a Friday night. The person checking us in did NOT inform us that they did NOT have any hot water in the whole hotel. At 9PM I called the desk because when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. Long story short they kept stringing us along that it was being worked on. We left at 10am on Sunday morning and there was still no hot water. We had to take cold showers. Then as even more of an insult they only offered 10% off our bill. I filed a complaint with Holiday inn and they would only give us points toward another stay which ended up being approximately $50. On top of it the 1st room we were in the air conditioner sounded like a dying animal, the 2nd room we were in had a broken shower handle which maintenance did come in and fix. Awful place, terrible experience

  AC didn’t work went down to get my money back. They would not give me my money back. Said they was giving my money back never did receive my money check right back out. Same day I checked in within a couple hours took forever for a manager to give me a call back.

  We arrived after booking in advance to find that the room had a wet floor. The AC had leaked. Half of the room had wet carpet. I was told it was the only available room. They only offered to cancel and refused a refund. I asked if they’d just book the room for someone else and was told it would be marked out of order. Disgusting.
