    We stayed there 2 nights. We checked in at 7pm on a Friday night. The person checking us in did NOT inform us that they did NOT have any hot water in the whole hotel. At 9PM I called the desk because when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. Long story short they kept stringing us along that it was being worked on. We left at 10am on Sunday morning and there was still no hot water. We had to take cold showers. Then as even more of an insult they only offered 10% off our bill. I filed a complaint with Holiday inn and they would only give us points toward another stay which ended up being approximately $50. On top of it the 1st room we were in the air conditioner sounded like a dying animal, the 2nd room we were in had a broken shower handle which maintenance did come in and fix. Awful place, terrible experience

    AC didn’t work went down to get my money back. They would not give me my money back. Said they was giving my money back never did receive my money check right back out. Same day I checked in within a couple hours took forever for a manager to give me a call back.

    We arrived after booking in advance to find that the room had a wet floor. The AC had leaked. Half of the room had wet carpet. I was told it was the only available room. They only offered to cancel and refused a refund. I asked if they’d just book the room for someone else and was told it would be marked out of order. Disgusting.

    The Holiday Inn Express in Ringgold, Georgia is about the halfway point between lower Michigan and Kissimmee, Florida. I have stayed there 4 times, and have enjoyed my stay each time. There's a Pizza Hut within walking distance that has great food, and it's easily accessible from the I-75 Interstate Freeway, too. The hotel has a small pool, and a hot breakfast daily. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to break up the monotony of driving the entire distance in one day!
