    Stayed at this location twice this summer (June & August 2026) passing through on roadtrips and had a wonderful experience both times! Front desk and kitchen (breakfast buffet) staff are lovely! Facility is well kept! New, and quick elevators! AC units cool rooms down very quickly! Convenient and ample parking! Dog-friendly; grass accessible around all sides of building for pet relief!

    No refund after cancellation within cancellation period. Poor customer service. Rude management. I canceled the room within the cancellation period yet after multiple attempts contacting corporate who directed me to the local branch— the local manager Chris was no help at all. I contacted Chris twice via phone and he provided me with his email address to submit my cancellation information showing I canceled within the window. I have sent that information multiple times via email and followed up with phone calls. I have yet to receive a refund and it’s been almost two months. Chris was brash and rude. It’s clear that he is ignoring me which is no way to treat a customer.

    Great hotel! Clean, modern, great price, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of 5 and found it to be a great place! The staff were friendly, check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Everything functioned as it should and we felt safe and happy there. The breakfast selection was a little small, but it was all good and we were very happy with our stay! We would stay there again!

    I’ve stayed at other locations of this hotel brand before, and that’s actually why I chose this one. Overall, I really like the brand because the hotels feel modern, clean, and well-designed. Some of the other locations even have high-tech features like motorized curtains, which give the rooms a more upscale feel. The complimentary breakfast is also excellent, especially considering the price. This location, however, was a little different. The biggest drawback is that the room is noticeably smaller than the other locations I’ve stayed at. Another downside is the lack of a microwave, and the mini refrigerator is very small—just enough to keep a few drinks cold. I had several items that needed refrigeration, but the staff kindly allowed me to store them in their refrigerator, which I really appreciated. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern, very clean, and quiet. It feels like a higher-end hotel without the high price tag, which is one of the reasons I enjoy staying with this brand. I also became a member because I’ve had such good experiences at their other properties. If I could suggest one improvement for this particular location, it would be to offer larger rooms or at least provide a microwave and a slightly larger refrigerator. Aside from those minor issues, I would happily stay here again.
