  WONDERFUL place to stay when traveling in this area. If you’re looking for something super fancy, I mean, this is not it. But if you’re looking for a clean, safe, friendly, and well situated places to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Right off the interstate and convenient. The staff are exceptionally nice and there is coffee all the time. They also had a decent breakfast. Located right next to Cracker Barrel and in general just very handy. The parking lot is well lit with plenty of parking and is very safe to me when I have to stay somewhere alone. I cannot recommend this hotel more! I know this seems excessive, but I have tried to find other places to stay, and this truly is my favorite place. So if other people that stay alone are looking for a recommendation and need to know where to stay, I want them to know that I highly recommend staying here for this area!

  The place is located in a safe area and the staff were nice as well as helpful. The room was nice and there were plenty of good places to eat near by. The only down side is they charge for animals. I was traveling with my mother and her emotional support cat and they charged us $50. The other two hotels we stayed at did not charge us for the cat. I get it is policy, but $50 is a bit steep. Other than that I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

  Well first and foremost if you’re not a white person do not stop here, super uncomfortable. There is a lady at the front desk that treated me extremely horrible and called my phone while I was at work to tell me there was no room available on a certain floor even tho I never requested the top floor. My room after staying a week was only cleaned once and my bathroom supplies were taken by the cleaners on the following week stay. I’ve been at this hotel for about a month and I will no longer be staying here. I only choose this place because it literally the nicest hotel in the area but I’d rather spend the extra money and travel time to work than stay here.

  This was a great hotel traveling thru GA. Easy quick friendly ck in. Super clean room. GREAT comfortable night sleep (mattress, bedding etc). Loved the clean bathroom and walk in shower is a 5*. Appreciated the qrc code for the tv remote control. No more trying to figure out a remote! Lastly, breakfast hot items we took a pass on, but THANK YOU for having a GLUTEN FREE bagel!!!!!!

  Booked through MembersDeals, and unfortunately this entire stay turned into a frustrating experience from start to finish. After driving all day, my wife, son, and I arrived at the hotel and checked in. We specifically reserved a King bed room because we were traveling with our son and planned for him to sleep with us in the king bed since we were only staying one night. After unloading all of our luggage and taking it up to the room, we discovered that we had been given a room with two queen beds instead. I went back to the front desk and was told the hotel was overbooked and there was nothing they could do. I then contacted MembersDeals, and they advised me that I would need to file a complaint the following morning after checking out. We made it through the night with the two queen beds, but it was still an inconvenience, especially after specifically reserving a king room. To make matters worse, while in the room I found dead ladybugs underneath the blinds. I took photos and was prepared to provide them to management, but no one ever contacted me about them. The following morning, we went down for the complimentary breakfast. Since we were traveling with a young child, I asked where the high chairs were, only to be told that the hotel didn’t have any. I find that very disappointing for a hotel that offers a dining area and complimentary breakfast. When checking out, I explained everything to the front desk employee. She apologized but then told me, “At least you got a room,” and stated that because we booked through a third party, there was nothing she could do. I subsequently filed a complaint with MembersDeals. They contacted the hotel on my behalf and requested some form of compensation. The hotel denied the request and refused to even refund the difference in cost between the king room we paid for and the two-queen room we actually received. What is most disappointing is that management never even bothered to reach out, ask about the situation, or request the photos I took of the bugs. There was no attempt to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, and I understand that hotels can become overbooked. However, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Between receiving a room different from what we reserved, cleanliness issues, not having a high chair available, and management refusing to provide even a partial refund or compensation, this is not a hotel I would recommend. We will not be staying here again -Anthony & Jaden
