  I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My room was dirty when I checked in, with obvious signs that it had not been properly cleaned. I ended up having to clean parts of the room myself just to feel comfortable staying there, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Cleanliness should be a basic expectation, and this experience was very disappointing. If you're considering booking here, be careful and inspect your room as soon as you arrive. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their housekeeping standards. As a Platinum elite member was very disappointed this time staying. Will sadly miss staying here.

  Room was big but looked like the cleaning crew forgot to clean it. Spent a 150 for the room. Bed was clean which is the only reason we stay. You have to purchase your breakfast and trying to find the entrance is a pain.

  My wife and I got stuck with several flight cancellations and delays, forcing us into a hotel with our two year old. The staff at this Holiday Inn were incredibly accommodating, particularly Cheryl. With our original 5:30am flight getting rebooked to a 6:30pm, she was so gracious in getting us a 3pm late check out. After the check out, she helped us store luggage and find a space to take work calls throughout the day. The staff was kind to my son, remembering his name and talking to him whenever we walked by the front office. This was an entirely unplanned stay, but the staff made our visit so comfortable.

  Bartender awesome. Everything else went downhill from there. Front desk lacked professionalism and interpersonal skills. Requested daily cleaning and fresh towels, it never happened. Air conditioner was not operational in the common areas, 100 degree temperatures in June. It is an independently owned hotel and appeared they just cut corners.

  Good Afternoon Pooler IHG Team I want to take a moment to highlight Holiday Inn Pooler Tanger Outlets for their outstanding customer service. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel for my work trips that bring me to Pooler twice a week. This wonderful experience started with that first phone conversation regarding tractor trailer parking and reservations with Ms Cheryl. Along the way, I’ve connected with other team members such as Faye and Celeste and a few other members whose name I do not recall. Everyone I encountered were not only personable, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious with amenities where there was no need to leave. I want to say thank you for each of you of who made my stay truly a joy. You are the winning team and I couldn’t be more grateful to have encountered such wonderful people this last year.
