- CHCisco HernandezMay 13, 20262.0Horrible experience - room entered while away during the day on business meeting - returned to find foreign trash (empty coke bottle) in my waste bin…but I don’t drink soda. When I engaged hotel staff and eventually hotel manager, no clear answer nor time commitment next day when I’ll be checking out. Maybe they put camera to watch me, maybe went thru my Rxs or sniffed my undies. No idea but I deserve a prompt response. Now 20 hours since initial complaint and STILL no answer from hotel manager. Horrible, unsafe experience.

We called, they found it, and shipped it to us. The manager Celeste and the front end staff were nothing but kind. 10/10 would stay here again just for the staff. Thank you all so much again.

I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Service was okay. Location was Great! The pool was so disgusting with some type of white film on top. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the moment it was built. The ac was full of God knows what and we were just breathing it all in. 0 of 10 for cleanliness, you can tell they wipe down the sink with the same rag as they wipe down the toilet and just change the sheets(maybe). Not 1 vacuum used. Im just happy we didnt get bed bugs. Most definitely will never stop in GA again.
