  This was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have stayed at! We we do a fair amount of traveling! The staff was super helpful and friendly! Totally will stay here again when in the area and Highly recommend it!

  Nice clean hotel with excellent staff. Mrs Faye was there when we checked in and checked out next day. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality! Location of hotel is great as well with the outlets being in walking distance along with Texas Roadhouse!

  We stayed there the night before last, my husband has platinum elite status with IHG so he does a lot of business with them. That evening when we were going to bed, the window electric/battery operated blinds were completely open, mind you this window faces the parking lot and interstate with a great view looking into our room, as well as a large street light in the parking lot. When we tried to close the blinds with the remote button on the wall beside the window, they wouldn’t go down. Maybe the battery was dead? Called the front desk explained the issue and they said they’d call right back. After about 20 minutes we called them again. A different person answered, I explained again. In a matter of maybe total of 5 seconds she said “let me look, no I don’t see any batteries”… so there apparently are no batteries kept for the remote to close the blinds of a big window in the rooms. Then I asked what were we suppose to do, we had no privacy. She told me to just hang a sheet over the window. I ask how. She said “can you just try and get it to stay on something around the window?” I asked for a manager, she told me there was no manger there. They didn’t care, didn’t bother to make it right. Never had a manager talk to us the next day. Didn’t even try. My husband did finally get a sheet from the bed to stay because he wrapped it up into the blinds by pushing it in. But the light shone through the sheet all night, lighting up the room instead of complete dark. Never in my life have I seen employees at a hotel care less.
