  Worst!!Worst!!Worst!! Broken furniture...tear up sofa...look like never clean the carpet of their hallway...Bathroom lock Broken...hallway and elevator smells like public toilet.... They keep their coffee machine and ice bucket in the bathroom by the toilet commode 🤮 Horrible.....Good Luck if you are thinking of staying here...

  This hotel was lovely, but not worth the money whatsoever. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable and bouncy and our temperature in the room could not be adjusted to anything other than 72 degrees. We called and a man was sent to our room, we are assuming he was the owner, he did not speak English. Did nothing to help, and brushed us off like we were problems so it was warm and uncomfortable and for $180 bucks we expected more. Do not recommend.

  I will NEVER stay here again. The room smelled just like mold. Asthma started bothering me as soon as I stepped in. It was a last minute trip for the weekend to the water park so booking was slim for the amount of people. The lady at the front desk acted as if she didn’t care. People can get sick here smh. Changed rooms and still smelled the same! The water gotta run before you shower because it comes out looking dirty.

  I had an amazing experience at Best Western, and I want to personally recognize Maria for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was taken care of, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to help. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Maria truly made me feel valued as a guest. Her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
