  Whatever happens to microwave Any reason for the Bible in the draw Front desk " excellent svc, Bahamian server on point" The Asian Chef, needs friendly attention, a bit too stiff, loosen up, you're the center, brunch it up....

  Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is on a lot of acreage with a beautiful lake next to the check-in building. The front desk receptionist, I believe her name was Lana, is very courteous and accommodating. When we got into our room, it had not been cleaned yet, but once we informed the front desk she immediately sent a staff member to us with a set of new room keys and free breakfast passes for the inconvenience. There are a lot of nice walking paths and beautiful scenery. Very close to the main shopping and downtown area of Peachtree City. Extremely quiet and private hotel, close enough to the traffic areas for accessibility, but located on a large plot of land, giving you the sense of isolation. Would highly recommend, even after the minor inconvenience of switching rooms.

  From check-in to check-out, my entire family received platinum customer service. Particularly the front desk manager, Lana. Her & her entire team went above & beyond the call of work, to ensure our stay & all our request were met. I am looking to plan a vacation simply to book this property again. The food was delicious as well. I also rented a golf cart from Bulldog Golf Carts and enjoyed the beautiful trail. And if you are fortunate enough, you'll get to meet Good Ole Dan @ the golfing course. Thanks again to Crowne Plaza for exceptional service!!!!!

  This is hotel is so peaceful the front desk agent was so nice and professional the rm we stayed in was nice and clean and cool the a/c was on we my husband and I arrived we will visit again THANKS CROWN PLAZA😊👍🏾👍🏾 The only con we didn't like nor understand is why isn't a microwave in the rms EVERY hotel usually has a in rm microwave😒

  Nicest Crown Plaza I’ve stayed at! We arrived at night so it was a bit tricky to figure out where to go but the grounds are so stunning!! THE STAFF - they were excellent! So kind and helpful in every way! From check-in, to breakfast, to check out! We were given a map upon check-in showing us exactly where to park and find our room so there was no confusion! THE ROOM- very neat and cozy! Even though we didn’t have a lake view, our view of the grounds were beautiful!! BREAKFAST- this was some of the best hotel breakfast (if not the best) I’ve ever had! Incredible selection, wonderful service, and an abundance of food! GYM- not a huge selection of equipment for strength training but everything was very clean and kept nicely. Overall 5/5 stars for me. I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone traveling near Peachtree City
