    If you plan to check in late, don’t count on actually having a room. My husband has Platinum Elite status with IHG but it became apparent to us that our member status doesn’t actually matter. We booked a room here 4 months in advance to stay at after a concert and we received a confirmation email 3 days before our stay. While we were at the concert, we received a call from an Atlanta area code around 7pm but no voicemail was left. The same number called again at 10pm but still didn’t leave a voicemail. I googled the number and saw it was for the hotel so I checked our IHG account and saw our stay was cancelled. I was concerned there was an issue with our room so I left the concert before it was over to return the call. I was told that because we didn’t answer their call, they sold our room to someone else. What is the point of making a reservation if it’s not actually reserved for you? There is no way we could have answered either of those calls being at a loud concert, plus the venue had no re-entry had we tried to step out. This was unacceptable and we will never book with this hotel or any IHG hotel ever again.

    I love this property, I stay every week. They treat me like family! Service was excellent, all employees are top of the line. Breakfast is wonderful, Felicia is an amazing asset to the company. Rooms are so nice and clean.

    Great stop over from Central Florida heading North. Has all amenities you need to recuperate and head on. Most importantly, clean rooms. Strong showers. Form beds with enough pillows. 4-star due to things they cannot completely control with thin walls, overcome with some ear plugs. Pleasant surprise with full hotbar breakfast. Second time doing an IHG around Atlanta last minute. They're getting it right. Pool and gym facilities looked good. Would use this location again without hesitation, thanks teams!

    Didn't feel safe since when we were walking in at almost one o'clock in the morning we didn't need to use the key card to get in.
