  This hotel deserves higher ratings!! Everyone that we have met, from the front desk attendants, to the air conditioner technician, has been extremely helpful and friendly! We are visiting from Wisconsin and this hotel has definitely felt like a home away from home!!

  The entire staff is very helpful and sweet. I would not want to spend my summer anywhere else! They are very good with cleanings and have a great selection of snacks in the lobby.

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Candlewood Suites. The customer service here is completely nonexistent. The front desk team was highly unprofessional, dismissive, and outright unfriendly from the moment I walked in. They act like helping paying guests is a massive inconvenience. To make matters worse, their business practices are incredibly shady. They never sent me a receipt for my charges. On top of that, I discovered they used my personal information to enroll me in their rewards program without my consent. Unprofessional staff and unauthorized account creations are completely unacceptable. Save your money and sanity and stay somewhere else where the staff actually knows what customer service means. I will not be returning.

  Rooms are ok, kinda of smelled like a hospital. Location is fine it's near the highway. But the service really sucks. Staying here for 3 weeks our company has 6 rooms for that period of time and we've asked 2 days in a row to get room cleaned and fresh linens. Now day 3 we get back from 14 hr shift and rooms still haven't been touched. We are spending 1000s of dollars a week to stay here and this is what we get.
