  By far the worst Holiday Inn experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this location. I have been traveling with my family and stayed at three different Holiday Inn properties during our trip. I am also an IHG member, and this was by far the worst experience we had. When we arrived at the property, there was a lot of yelling coming from a man and a woman. Shortly afterward, we saw approximately eight police cars rushing to the Comfort Inn across the street. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since we were traveling with family. We had been driving for hours overnight from another state and hoped the hotel would be able to accommodate us with an early check-in. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to work with us, so we waited patiently and respectfully until our rooms were ready. Once we were checked in and began experiencing issues, we asked to be moved to a different room. We were told that the hotel was completely booked and that no other rooms were available. However, the hotel’s website and Google were still showing rooms available. To make matters even more confusing, the parking lot was not even halfway full. I understand that a parking lot does not necessarily show the exact number of available rooms, but the situation still did not make sense to us and made us feel like no genuine effort was being made to help. Because of the situation we witnessed, the issues with our room, and the fact that we did not feel comfortable or safe, we requested a refund. We even asked if they could provide a partial refund, but they refused to accommodate us in any way. What was most disappointing was that they did not seem to care about our concerns or make any genuine effort to work with us. We booked two separate rooms at this hotel and spent over $900 with Holiday Inn during our entire trip. As an IHG member, I expected much better customer service. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Ben was very passive-aggressive, and the manager did not seem to care about our concerns. What was especially upsetting was the way my mother-in-law, who is older, was spoken to. The manager even giggled about the interaction as if it were funny, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The hotel itself was also disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, the linens were not clean, and the mini refrigerator in our room would not get cold even though it was set to the coldest setting. Overall, we felt completely dismissed. We were traveling with family, had spent a significant amount of money with Holiday Inn, and simply wanted our concerns to be taken seriously. Instead, we were told there were no other rooms available, despite rooms appearing to still be available online and the parking lot being far from full. No one made any real effort to help us. Do better. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering my IHG membership and whether I ever want to stay at a Holiday Inn again. I would not recommend this location.

  The woman working the front desk had a bad attitude. She was very rude and blunt as if checking me and my coworker in was such an inconvenience over whatever it was she was doing in the back office. My room on the top floor also had water damage on the ceiling that had clearly been painted over. However the bed was comfy and the TV had a lot of channels to choose from.

  If you bring your kids expecting a pool because there’s a picture of one, don’t. There is no pool, as we found out after the fact despite it being on the Google page.

  The staff was the best part of my stay, friendly, professional and very thorough even help with directions and ordering my food. Will go back and stay anytime

  I Love this location and Dara is Amazing and chooses to go "above and beyond" even in "the midnight hours" to serve and make sure things are correct and that you're beyond satisfied as a Holiday Inn Guest here. 😊
