My room and my co workers room were spotless and had everything we needed in them. I’d strongly recommend if you have to get a hotel in Macon Georgie to use this hotel
- JPJohn PriceJun 1, 20261.0Arrived on 5/27/26 Wednesday, should have seen the possibility of problems when the commercial fan was trying to cool down the lobby because of no air conditioning.5/28/26 Thursday went to shower and just a trickle of water and no hot water.5/29/26 water pressure but no hot water .5/30/26 woke up to no water. Went to front desk to find out something and run into a guest carrying a 5 gallon bucket of pool water to make his toilet flush.

The desk clerk told us we were "all set" and that our receipt would be sent by email. When we got home, we discovered that we were charged the extra day. Six phonecalls to the hotel and emails to corporate customer service have gone unanswered. Caveat emptor.
