From the moment I approached the desk, Crystal was polite, kind, and welcoming. She greeted me with a bright smile and made me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. She professionally gathered the necessary information, completed my check-in quickly, and thanked me for being a Diamond Elite member. Before I left the desk, Crystal let me know that if I needed anything during my stay, I should not hesitate to ask. Her friendly attitude and commitment to excellent service made a great first impression and set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you, Crystal, for your excellent check-in experience and exceptional customer service! Your professionalism and hospitality are truly appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- JRJacob RosinJul 28, 20261.0At first the place was very nice. Then I started to notice the problems. First, the hotels HVAC doesn’t work. Staff is using fans in the lobby to keep cool. The pool was closed for an undetermined amount of time. The elevator is out of order and stopped going up from the lobby. I had to use the stairs to go back to my room, but the card lock doesn’t work. I had to use the stairs on the opposite side of the building. The room’s bathroom needed attention. Towel rack is falling off the wall, the toilet seat was very loose. Thank goodness for the staff at the front desk being very nice. Ps the hotel charges for breakfast; the same breakfast that is free at all hotels.

When I told the clerk he apologized and said the hotel had a water leak. The bath drain broke and wouldn’t drain water. The fridge also broke and started making a ticking noise like a kitchen timer.
