  This place was a hidden gem. Great location, even though I didn’t see signs for it on the interstate. We found it thru my Holiday Inn App. Will definitely stay here again. Welcomed me with my membership and gave a little treat bag, delicious breakfast and comfy beds.

  Just got off the phone with the Adrian at front desk trying to arrange a group booking, to start off with everything was going fine until the details of rooms came, then I was rudely hung up on. When I tried to call back the front desk let the phone rang through for 20 mins. Im still currently waiting to speak to someone. He has hung up on me multiple times. I am a Diamond Elite member with IHG and have never had such awful customer service. I am also a tour manager in the entertainment industry and will never book with hotel. And will pass onto future clients as well to avoid property.

  Rooms were not great at all Not very clean, smudges on mirrors, hairs on the sink, miscellaneous dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathtub shower head covered in soap build up. Elevators didn't work. When going to the counter in the morning to checkout the lady was rude and short.

  Tried to reach this hotel 3 different ways, including email given on previous review without anyone getting back. Here is what was sent "We stayed at this location 6/20 and was one of the best and worst stays I've had at an IHG hotel. Start off with the pro's, the welcome bag, morning bag and having food for people who leave early is something I rarely see any more, also staff was very friendly. On the negative side, typically I travel for work, but this time was passing through with my family and was embarrassed to take them here with the room condition. Wall paper was peeling off the wall by the window. Bathroom was the worst, under ring of sink looked like black mold, sink piping was leaking and looked like towel was wrapped around it to stop, bottom of door was peeling, shower rod was falling down, where soap was is all crusty is best I can explain it, mold in corners...
