  The staff on sight was very kind. They helped me resolve a booking issue when the corporate office failed to do their job. However I wasn't impressed with the room. There was food crumbs under the edge of the bed. I have a 1 yo so it was a miracle that I found it before my little one did. The shower was dirty and had hairs in it. Then when I used the shower the edges of the tub spilled water all over the floor at the front. (I informed staff and they did take note) The true disappointment was that they advertise a beautiful indoor pool and no one mentioned that the pool was closed when we booked it. We planned this stay for my 5 yo to celebrate his birthday and we were very disappointed that no one told us about the pool. The proximity to Macon was perfect and there were lots of food options nearby for late night snacks or dinner. I would choose a different hotel next time purely based on all of the communication fails we had leading up to our stay.

  Rooms were clean and nice, but dated. The breakfast was disgusting. Great place to stay, horrible place to eat

  Very nice hotel close to Downtown and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Greatly enjoyed my stay.

  Made reservations through Chase travel room was paid for showed up they canceled the room without any notice terrible service and customer support

  The hotel is an older building that they have tried to update. The pool was closed & you could smell bad odor from it. The gym was decent, did the job. Room could be little more updated. Beds were cozy tho. Bathroom wasn't a 10 on cleanest. Was a quiet stay.
