  We checked in late on the evening. Mary at the front desk was amazing. She gave us a room on the first floor. We took it because we all have pets, not with us. Also there was no elevator and the other room was upstairs. The room was clean. No pet hair. No pet smells. Very clean The price of the room was really good too!

  Only stayed for a night, but was disappointed in the breakfast. They had 2 buses pull up that night, so breakfast would be packed with lots of people. The staff was not prepared for this amount of people at one time. Ran out of alot of things on the breakfast buffet.

  TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!! I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Best Western in Macon, GA. The hospitality was virtually nonexistent. The so called female “On- Property Manager” displayed poor attitudes, lacked professionalism, and made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued guest. Customer service is a major part of the hotel experience, and unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations. The condition of my room was equally disappointing. The quality and cleanliness were not what I expected from a reputable hotel brand. Attention to detail was clearly lacking, and it left me questioning how these issues were overlooked before the room was assigned to a guest. Another major issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout parts of the property. The odor was extremely potent in both the hallways and my room and seemed to be seeping through the ventilation system. For anyone with asthma, respiratory sensitivities, or concerns about air quality, I would strongly caution against staying here. The smoke smell made the environment uncomfortable and difficult to tolerate. Overall, between the POOR customer service, disappointing room conditions, and persistent smoke odor, this was not a pleasant experience. I would NOT recommend this hotel and would NOT choose to stay here again.

  I just wanted to take a second to say that I received the most humbling kindness from the lady at the front desk. Her name was Ms.Mars. I was having a bad day due to ptsd and anxiety and as i said her kindness was such a breath of fresh air and was exactly what i needed at that moment. I am so thankful to her. She is amazing everytime i stay there for work. Everyone I’ve dealt with there was great but MsMars is very special. Thank you!! See you all next time!!

  We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 at night with dogs otherwise my family would have left. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and no one slept. The toilets had hair and dirt on it, faucet had hairs, flooring was filthy with dirt and the bedding was extremely damp. The outside area for dogs is very nice so it’s a shame they can’t clean their rooms because then this would be a nice stop off the interstate. We didn’t even eat the breakfast because we were so grossed out by room conditions and were worried food would be handled in the same way. I gave a three for location because the hotel is right off the interstate.
