  Convenient location but pool was down for maintenance, hot tub wasn’t hot, room wasn’t clean (hair in shower, mirrors not wiped down, bathroom smelled bad), fridge in room wasn’t working, there was a homeless man jerking off behind a fence while pottying our dog, things in lobby and breakfast weren’t working. None of these things alone would ruin the stay, but all of these things were noticed in a 10 hour stay and created one of the jankiest hotel stays we’ve ever had. Worked for a quick overnight stay, but there are several hotels in the area and you could definitely do better.

  We stopped here on our way to NC for a few hours of sleep and were pleasantly surprised with the nice breakfast the next morning. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming when we went into the kitchen for breakfast. I especially appreciated Ms RaShonda hooking me up with a bottle of water before we left so I didn’t have to use my debit card. This was worth the price we paid and we would stay here again.

  Excelente servicio y desayuno espectacular. El personal fue muy atento y amable durante toda la estadía. Lo mejor de todo fue el desayuno, variado y delicioso. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

  I found blood and other stuff on my daughter's bed I showed them and said omg I will give u a refund on that room because I had to for the weekend the one I had was leaking water the whole time told me to use towels to soak up the water will never stay again they charged me full price for both rooms and will never recommend this place bad neighbor hood also

  I was highly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I arrived late at night, and checking in was a frustrating experience. The front desk clerk was noticeably on a personal call and smiling, but when I approached him, his demeanor changed entirely. Instead of simply checking my reservation, he bombarded me with questions about how many people and if I had pets before I could even provide my confirmation details.The room itself felt outdated and in desperate need of a complete revamp. Key issues I encountered include:Structural Issues: The crown molding was falling apart and the curtains were badly outdated.Dirty Bathtub: The tub had nasty, dark stains on the back (not water-related). It was so unappealing that we could not bring ourselves to bathe.Missing Amenities: There was no tissue box provided in the room.Poor Linens: The towels and rags were in horrible condition.Unpleasant Entryway: The late-night check-in window resembled a pawn shop setup rather than a proper hotel lobby.Because I checked in so late, I didn't complain about the room at that hour, but I definitely would have chosen a different hotel had I known its true condition. I did not even bother to try the breakfast that was offered. I do not recommend staying here.
