  Avani at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and property were clean and updated. Breakfast was good for a hotel- eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice etc. Dog friendly. I needed a room on the first floor that I could park right in front of and they accommodated. The area has plenty of food and gas stations around. Very decent stopover spot.

  I reserved a room for my birthday and this was the most friendliest and clean hotel I have been to in a long time. Fantasia is a great front desk attendant and Teresa is a great boss the whole staff was awesome and I definitely will be back this will be my gk to hotel.

  Absolutely an amazing stay, staff were very sweet and even wished my mother and I, to have a happy mother's day weekend. Rooms very spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable, with good sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. There were so many options when it came to breakfast, I didn't even know where to begin. Yogurt, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, sausage patties and links, oatmeal with 4 different toppings for them (coconut, raisins, almonds, and granola), grits, toast, peanut butter and jelly, fresh fruit, and nutrigrain bars. Beverages included coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice, strawberry kiwi juice and apple juice, milk, and hot water. I will be using best westerns from now on.

  From the moment we pulled in till we left we had an amazing experience. Customer service was on point and the room was perfectly cleaned and well stocked. We will definitely be returning for the next concert trip. Kuddos to this business for making our night amazing.

  We accidentally booked the wrong location and called to see if we could swap it because we had 4 rooms booked at one location and another booked at a different one. They told us no because it was too late to move the reservation. We drove the 20-30 min from the other best western and the clerk refused to check us in. He kept telling us we did not have a reservation. We showed him the confirmation email, our ID and the card we paid for it with. He turned us way twice. My husband insisted and he finally “found” him in the system. It was late and we were trying to get my child to bed. We were woken early by the cleaning staff banging on the door at 8:15. There were no door hangers in the room to use, but I didn’t see expect that. They came back at 8:20 and asked if I wanted new towels. I said no again and notified the front office that we didn’t want to be disturbed. They brought us a door hanger and apologized for the awakening. Then swapped out our used towels. The walls are very thin. We kept thinking someone was trying to get into our room but it was just people going in and out of the nearby rooms.
