From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt the warmth. What a blessing it was. The Breakfast was good and amazing. All the service was amazing. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏿

- JBjames bAug 15, 20261.0Ac only goes down to 69 and thermostat is on a schedule, sometime in the middle of the night, it cut off and its set for 83...it was hot all night...when i finally got up it was, 78 n my room... It took 7 hours for it to cool down when i checked so no time to cool down again..room wasn't very clean and the rug was still wet. I bet they didn't wash it and just folded it uo. It still had feet prints on it too...we wont stay here again...and they left dirty rags in my room...i would have left but it was the last room..

Whitney at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, helpful, and made My family and I feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It’s always nice when someone takes pride in their job and treats guests with genuine kindness. Whitney definitely deserves recognition for the great service she provides. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was delicious as well.

It was looking like I wasn't going to make my reservation in time, but the staff was able to rearrange things and get me checked in before the normal check-in time. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to help me out. The room was clean, comfortable, and I didn't have any issues during my stay. Breakfast was ready the next morning, with a nice selection of food, and the breakfast attendants were friendly and always willing to help if anyone needed anything. The hotel is also in a convenient location near Stonecrest, with a nice mall just down the road. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I'm ever in the Atlanta area again.
