    The customer service and hotel policies will keep me from staying here again. Out of all the Holiday Inn locations I’ve stayed at, this was by far the least accommodating. The staff seemed unwilling to help or offer any flexibility, which made for a disappointing experience. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location fell well below my expectations. I won’t be returning.

    Me and my family were coming to this hotel for one night so that we could go to six flags for two days, this hotel was really close to the park and took no time to get to the park from the hotel. As soon as we walked in, the staff was really sweet and the place looked very well put together and clean. Our room was nice and cold which is great after a long day at a theme park haha, the room smelled clean, the little fridge and microwave worked perfectly and the pool was open as well from what we saw, we didn't go to it though because we had already had a long day and stuff but the pool looked really nice and clean. In the morning, the breakfast selection was amazing, they had eggs, pancakes, yogurt, sausage, and many other things that tasted amazing! Breakfast was supposed to end at 930 but the lady there said that she would keep it open until 10 for us which was really sweet. The staff was so accommodating to us and made us feel welcome for the one day that we stayed. We also didn't see any weird people lurking around or anything like that, I would recommend this place to everyone going to six flags or even just as a place to stay, I love this place and I hopefully will get to come back again!! 💙
