- ABAmira BashadiOct 7, 20265.0Came to Atlanta for a funeral and this hotel was in a central location for us. Staff and service is very friendly and nice. They accommodated us a lot and we came with a toddler. They requested a crib and they provided us with a mini crib which was perfect. Breakfast area is small but it has everything you’d want for a filling hotel breakfast. Rooms are spacious and we got connecting rooms which my toddler liked even more. Each room has a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave. All in all a comfortable experience.

Please remember three stars is still good in Google. The room was big but felt dated, a little moist as I was on the ground floor and smelled heavily of some type of cleaner every time I walked in. There was a real lack of outlets around the desk area. The desk chair was unadjustable and was basically sitting a foot off the floor. Bed and blankets were clean and comfortable. Breakfast area very cramped. Overall hotel was okay, just felt a little dated.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and friendly, but a special shout-out goes to Ms. Pauline at the reception. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and handling our requests with a warm smile. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for a flawless stay.
