We had bed bugs and the service desk rep, manager on duty, housekeeping manager and ownership has not accepted responsibility for room 204. Buyer beware… we have tried to contact the management group by email that was provided by the manager on duty. The staff admitted it was bed bugs and stated they were not responsible. The staff was rude after we brought it to their attention. Terrible hotel that may cause you to bring home a new tenant that will cost you thousands. My wife was bitten, who has auto-immune disease and caused us to monitor more than normal.
