  I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough for a great night's sleep. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and friendly, but a special shout-out goes to Ms. Pauline at the reception. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great local tips and handling our requests with a warm smile. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for a flawless stay. We will definitely be back! Mahbub

  I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.. The location is great. We were here for graduation.. The staff are very friendly very professional. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very clean.

  For an older hotel, this hotel is very clean and well put together.. staff is amazing, and I would one hundred percent recommend to other people. Keep up the good work !!!!!

  We just arrived around 11:00 p.m., so I can’t really comment on the location or surrounding area since it was already dark. We booked a double-bed suite with a pull-out sofa. The room itself was modest, clean, and tidy. The layout is essentially one open room with the beds, sofa, and living area all together, with only the bathroom separated. Unfortunately, the moment we opened the door we were met with a very strong sewage/defecation odor, and the room felt extremely humid. The air was thick with moisture, and even the pillows and sofa cushions felt damp. I immediately called the front desk to request another room, only to learn that all of the double-bed suites were occupied. Since it was so late at night and we were traveling with our family of four, we really didn’t have another option. What prevented this from being a much lower review was the outstanding customer service from Eric at the front desk. Rather than simply apologizing over the phone, he personally came to our room with a deodorizing spray in an effort to make our stay a little more comfortable. While the spray couldn’t eliminate the underlying issue, his kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help did make a disappointing start to our stay more manageable. I hope hotel management addresses the odor and humidity issue, as the room itself was otherwise clean and had the potential to be a pleasant stay. Eric deserves recognition for going above and beyond in trying to assist us under circumstances that were beyond his control. Update: After unpacking and finally getting prepared for bed after being on the road, I hopped in the shower to rinse the day away and the faucet handle popped off!
