  Honestly i have stayed in several hotels and this one has been my favorite so far the rooms are cozy and clean the staff is very nice and the breakfast is great! They even have a button press pancake maker which made my mornings awsome! And to note they do in fact offer an indoor swimming pool, a small gym, and a laundry room for guests so if you are travelling and need a place to stop 10/10 would definitley recommend and i fully intend on staying again

  Second stay in a row at Holiday Inn that I’ve had an unpleasant experience. A couple days ago was Allentown PA west. Now here in Lavonia, GA. Seems like you could help me out with some points or something. Alright, so I was trying to decide hard on where to stay in Lavonia. I only needed a night but I needed to wash clothes. I first looked at Quality Inn because they did have good reviews but after physically seeing the location I decided not, plus they do not have washers and dryers onsite. I then drove to Holiday Inn because although I’m a member I always like to place my eyes on the location before deciding due to past experiences when possible. I’m also a Hilton member which Hampton Inn is right across the street. I parked and contemplated between the two and went with Holiday Inn since it was slightly cheaper. I booked on the app and then went inside to check in. The lady working the front was very rude. I know I said “thank you” and “I appreciate it” several times and she just stared at me. No “you’re welcome” or “my pleasure” nothing. Just an awkward stare. I was like, oohhhhkk. I then went to my room and it was ok but nothing special. The AC is weird. You can set it down to 65 but it’ll never get there, it has an energy saver or something and unless you're moving your room will be hot if you like it cooler like I do. So, that is not good. The TV automatically cuts off after a short time, I guess the AC and TV are set that way to preserve their electric bill despite the room being about $200. There is no coffee maker in the room. When I checked in I told the rude lady that I needed to do laundry, the laundry room is on the FIRST floor, of course she put me on the fourth. So, to do laundry or get coffee I needed to make my way all the way to the first floor. Lastly, I tried sleeping but rude guest were slamming doors and banging on walls until 2 or 3 am. I did not have a pleasant stay. I will not be back to this location. Requesting points to make things right. I booked my stay on Saturday September 12th 2026. I was in room 405.

  Literally the worst stay at any Holiday inn I've ever stayed in from Tennessee to Colorado The rooms would not go under 68°. Absolute sweat box at night

  This place hotel i stayed in once, but was charged at a later date a for a stay i never made. 200.00 dls. Sad there's people in this world who are money hungry and not honest. Tried to get my money back but it was a discord about my app back and forth. I would never ever recommend no one to this place.
