  I stay at a lot of hotels, and I would honestly rate this one as one of the best. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the little touches really stood out. Cold bottled water, refreshing towels, and even a towel hanging from the treadmill in the gym made a difference. It’s those small details that really set this hotel apart. I’d definitely stay here again!

  This is the best Holiday Inn Express my family and I have ever stayed at. ALL staff were friendly and professional. The rooms felt SOOOOO clean. Beds were sooooo comfortable. The TV allows casting. The bathrooms looked brand new! Breakfast was great and soooo clean. Did I say clean????? Everything was so clean and comfortable! The best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. This will be my stop anytime I vacation south. There’s also a TON of restaurants nearby and the area felt very safe. And clean!!!

  Clean, clean, clean. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Lots of guests are military personnel. Thank them for their service.

  Stayed here for one night on my way home. Glad I chose this hotel! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. Had a minor issue with my door and they quickly had it fixed. Super clean, very comfortable bed and bedding, a/c keeps the room temperature just the way I like it and the TV!! Gets good stations and movies. Big window for plenty of light and a nice shade. Bathroom was spotless and shower water was good. Can’t complain at all. I also love that it’s a pet free hotel! Unless you have a service animal. Can’t stand trying to get a good nights sleep and barking dogs next door or the room smells like dog. Breakfast was also really good. This will be going on my saved list for sure.

  I really wanted to like this hotel, as it is newer and the structure itself is relatively nice. However, I arrived to check in around 1:30am and was not able to get into the building. Their are double automatic glass doors and the first set were open but the second were locked and there was no one at the front desk. I called 5 different times and could hear the phone ringing on the desk, with no answer. It took around 10 minutes for someone to finally come open the door and let me check in. Now, I understand the doors may have been locked for safety. But as a woman traveling alone, standing there in the open like that and not being able to get in did not make me feel very safe. Also, I did not receive any communication at all that there were specific check in hours or that I needed to arrive before a certain time or the doors would be locked. I'm not even sure if they should have been or if the check in person just wanted to take a personal break and figured it would be fine. Also, there was a frog in my room. Which isn't the biggest deal, I mean... it's south Georgia so there's a lot of frogs. However, I've never had a frog in any other hotel room I've ever stayed in. Side note... when she did unlock the door and let me check in, she didn't even apologize to me for the wait. Just asked my name and proceeded on like I hadn't been out there knocking for 10 minutes. Not good customer service.
