  Marjorie at the front desk stole money off of my credit card. 0/10 do not recommend. I called several times to get the money reversed and nobody is doing anything to help. I have called corporate as well. Jeremy the manager claimed to help and attempt to reverse the funds but never did. Do not stay here!

  I can’t speak on the physical quality of the hotel but from a customer service standpoint. I still haven’t received my full refund even though I was told twice I would. I was told by Olive at the front desk that the hotel manager or assistant manager would call me back and it’s been 4 days. Zero stars on customer service and relations.

  I traveled for a sports tournament—a 13-hour drive. Upon arrival, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room looked just like the photos. The TV in the room wasn't working, but the front desk staff helped resolve the issue. From the breakfast and facilities to the staff, I have absolutely no complaints. For me and my family, it was a 5-star experience. There were plenty of breakfast options; even though the hotel was quite busy at times, there was always hot food available. The pool was kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel's location is perfect—just minutes away from various restaurants and shops. I even walked about 15 minutes to reach nearby stores without any issues; everything from restaurants to entertainment venues for all ages was just minutes away. I hadn't wanted to go on this trip, but by the end, I didn't want to leave because I had such a great time. Thanks!! You made my trip a real vacation!!

  Right next to the interstate and some good restaurants. The staff is top notch and very accommodating. Big shout out to Olivia at the front desk! She made the stay worthwhile and I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in town!

  Stomach was all messed up when I woke up asked if we could have little more time. Most hotels give you up to hour after check out if you ask. Not here. They didn't care at all. I only picked this place cause I'm a hilton member but apparently IHG isn't the same. So if you pick hotel do by hilton not ihg. Stayed one night before they gave hr late check out and tv had where we could sign into netflix this place did not. Tv lots of commercials.
