  We are currently guests at this location. Though the staff is very friendly and eager to help. we were surprised upon our return from dinner, there was a very strong cigarette smoke odor which puzzled us, since neither of us smoke. Was it someone nearby? We're assuming this is a "smoke-free" property where guests are somehow able to smoke without property management's knowledge. We tried twice to call the front desk to notify them but no answer either time after at least a full minute of ringing.

  Hotel is okay.It is not up to IHG standards in many ways. Bed is not great and breakfast isn't very good.The wifi is also pretty much non-existent. The room was clean.

  Marjorie at the front desk stole money off of my credit card. 0/10 do not recommend. I called several times to get the money reversed and nobody is doing anything to help. I have called corporate as well. Jeremy the manager claimed to help and attempt to reverse the funds but never did. Do not stay here!

  I traveled for a sports tournament—a 13-hour drive. Upon arrival, the staff member who assisted me was very friendly, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room looked just like the photos. The TV in the room wasn't working, but the front desk staff helped resolve the issue. From the breakfast and facilities to the staff, I have absolutely no complaints. For me and my family, it was a 5-star experience. There were plenty of breakfast options; even though the hotel was quite busy at times, there was always hot food available. The pool was kept clean and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel's location is perfect—just minutes away from various restaurants and shops. I even walked about 15 minutes to reach nearby stores without any issues; everything from restaurants to entertainment venues for all ages was just minutes away. I hadn't wanted to go on this trip, but by the end, I didn't want to leave because I had such a great time. Thanks!! You made my trip a real vacation!!
