  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I stayed here in January, and the difference between then and now is honestly hard to ignore. This property has gone seriously downhill since my January stay. Michael and Veronica were running the property at the time, and whatever they were doing clearly made a difference. They’re no longer running the property, and the decline is obvious. The room on this visit was dirty and poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness and upkeep should not be something guests have to negotiate for, yet here we are. Nothing says “hospitality” quite like walking into a room and wondering whether anyone actually inspected it before handing over the key. Then there's management. Minesh who is Rude, dismissive, and completely lacking the professionalism I experienced previously. When management changes and the quality of the guest experience changes right along with it, guests notice. The location doesn't exactly help either. The hotel is next to a run-down extended-stay property -- Premier Extended Stay (does not look very Premier), which certainly doesn't create the clean, comfortable atmosphere you would expect when paying hotel prices. What makes this especially disappointing is that I know this property can be better, because I experienced it in January. Whatever standards were being maintained back then clearly aren't being maintained now. Clean rooms. Proper maintenance. Professional management. Basic hospitality. None of these are unreasonable expectations. Unfortunately, this visit felt like a completely different hotel and not in a good way. Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend it? Based on my most recent experience, absolutely not.

  Rooms and staff were excellent, only things, a little hard to find and right on the interstate, so traffic noise quite loud

  Room was only partially cleaned upon check in. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes, someone else's toiletries in the bathroom, and never seemed to have clean towels. Only 1 elevator was "working" and it was like playing Russian roulette each time you took it. The staff was very friendly, but it was clear they were understaffed in the cleaning department. Once we got everything squared away, the stay was fine, but I would not choose to stay here again.
