- TSTami S.Jul 2, 20262.0Room was only partially cleaned upon check in. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes, someone else's toiletries in the bathroom, and never seemed to have clean towels. Only 1 elevator was "working" and it was like playing Russian roulette each time you took it. The staff was very friendly, but it was clear they were understaffed in the cleaning department. Once we got everything squared away, the stay was fine, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Baseball moms know that the convenience of a laundry facility is definitely a plus. Wanted to say, Emilee was so accommodating and pleasant, she gave us options as to how we could shorten our stay without being charged for early checkout. Thank you!
- JWJeff WofordJun 23, 20262.0Upon arrival to the room, the toilet seat had one bolt sheared off, dishes in the sink and a makeup cleaning pad was stuck to wall above the bathroom trash can. Management was alerted, but I was only there for one night, so I didn't ask for it to be remedied at that point. It does make me worry about the overall cleanliness of the facility, though. They did credit me the pet fee for the night, though. The facility is surrounded by an extended stay that is partially closed, with a lot of trash about.
