  Room was only partially cleaned upon check in. Dishwasher filled with dirty dishes, someone else's toiletries in the bathroom, and never seemed to have clean towels. Only 1 elevator was "working" and it was like playing Russian roulette each time you took it. The staff was very friendly, but it was clear they were understaffed in the cleaning department. Once we got everything squared away, the stay was fine, but I would not choose to stay here again.

  Rooms are a little outdated, but the convenience of having a full kitchen, complimentary laundry and water refill station makes the stay more pleasant; Especially when you are here just for a long baseball tournament. Baseball moms know that the convenience of a laundry facility is definitely a plus. Wanted to say, Emilee was so accommodating and pleasant, she gave us options as to how we could shorten our stay without being charged for early checkout. Thank you!

  Upon arrival to the room, the toilet seat had one bolt sheared off, dishes in the sink and a makeup cleaning pad was stuck to wall above the bathroom trash can. Management was alerted, but I was only there for one night, so I didn't ask for it to be remedied at that point. It does make me worry about the overall cleanliness of the facility, though. They did credit me the pet fee for the night, though. The facility is surrounded by an extended stay that is partially closed, with a lot of trash about.

  The desk in our room, 510, was broken. There was no table for the kids to sit at except the one desk chair. You need to have a place to eat if you are expecting people to cook food in your room. Our shower drain was clogged and the re were stains all over the inside. There were 4 bowls and 3 spoons. Just so many things just did not hit the mark.

  Please take your money elsewhere, there's a LaQuinta with a better view, lower prices and you dont have to park next to the shady hotel thats so close its basically attached to this rat hole. Thousands of cochroaches throughout the building and properties. If you read this and still book I cant wait for you to think back on this when you pull up. I tried to warn you. JASMINE was the GM at the time, which just absolutely doesn't make sense with how unprofessional she is it seems to be her first job and absolute no care for customer service/satisfaction.
