  I was booked a hotel room for a short stay to train at a new job. During my stay, I was placed in a room on the first floor that felt muggy inside, had a suffocating stale smoke smell, and on my second nights stay developed a leak above the bed at 1:30am. When I went to the front lobby staff about it, the staff member leaving acted like it wasn’t a problem, while the one working overnight was very accommodating and helpful, and moved me to a room that was more comfortable in smell and climate. While I was away on work, my belongings were moved without my knowledge back into the previous room. When the clerk (same one that acted like it wasn’t a problem) informed me of the move, I had voiced my opinion on the property being moved without my knowledge and she showed a lack of emotion or understanding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

  Had a great experience with this motel. The staff was very polite, the room was nice and clean, and a convenient location. I highly recommend it, and the price was excellent!

  I booked this hotel based off location, price and some good reviews. Beware: the hotel is extremely dated, dirty and the 3rd floor smelled. When I got to the lobby, there was a sign explaining that customers needed to pry the doors apart and shut because the auto open was broke; this remained non-functional my entire stay. In my room, the bed sheets were damp on a constant basis and it looked like mold on the ceiling. The toilet wasn't cleaned at all because it has tons of toilet paper in it and unidentified substance on the seat. Handle to sink fell off. Shower was filthy. The walls were very thin. The hairdryer only half worked. This gives all Best Western locations a bad name and I'll think twice before staying in another one.

  Tub was clogged, room had a musty smell, room was very humid, pullout bed was very uncomfortable, toilet didn't flush right and door to restroom was warped. We ended up switching hotels. The staff was the one positive thing about this stay...they were awesome.

  I came in extremely late not expecting to get a room for night, given it was 3 AM. But Sharday, the night-shift manager was the sweetest person to me and my girlfriend. She was extremely helpful and, I cannot stress this enough, by far the kindest person I have come across who isn’t my parent. She will make sure you have what you need and that everything is in order theoughout your stay. Highly recommend this location. One of my best stays by far. All I ask for now, is for Sharday to take a bow, for her outstanding performance and dedication.
