  If not for the closeness to my job and the price point for last minute accommodation, I would have to rethink staying here. The flooring in the room was very uneven, like the foundation needs to be repaired in that room. Toliet runs. Customer Service was great

  The rooms were clean, but there was much to be desired. Our air conditioner left a huge puddle on the floor we had to keep putting towels down on. The nonsmoking room had clearly been smoked in…a lot. They only had one ice machine for the entire building. At first it was low on ice as the whole building was using this one machine. Then it broke down completely. The automatic doors in the lobby were broken during our entire 4 night stay. We had to pry them open and then pull them closed each time we passed through. The lobby was littered with small trash cans and buckets catching water from a leaky ceiling from the jacuzzi room above. It looked as though it was going to completely fall through. It seemed unsafe. The staff was helpful and apologetic when our reservation for a double queen room was reserved as a king. I don’t usually leave comments in a review, but hotels are expensive! Our accommodations were fair, but I would not stay here again.

  I was booked a hotel room for a short stay to train at a new job. During my stay, I was placed in a room on the first floor that felt muggy inside, had a suffocating stale smoke smell, and on my second nights stay developed a leak above the bed at 1:30am. When I went to the front lobby staff about it, the staff member leaving acted like it wasn’t a problem, while the one working overnight was very accommodating and helpful, and moved me to a room that was more comfortable in smell and climate. While I was away on work, my belongings were moved without my knowledge back into the previous room. When the clerk (same one that acted like it wasn’t a problem) informed me of the move, I had voiced my opinion on the property being moved without my knowledge and she showed a lack of emotion or understanding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

  Had a great experience with this motel. The staff was very polite, the room was nice and clean, and a convenient location. I highly recommend it, and the price was excellent!

  I booked this hotel based off location, price and some good reviews. Beware: the hotel is extremely dated, dirty and the 3rd floor smelled. When I got to the lobby, there was a sign explaining that customers needed to pry the doors apart and shut because the auto open was broke; this remained non-functional my entire stay. In my room, the bed sheets were damp on a constant basis and it looked like mold on the ceiling. The toilet wasn't cleaned at all because it has tons of toilet paper in it and unidentified substance on the seat. Handle to sink fell off. Shower was filthy. The walls were very thin. The hairdryer only half worked. This gives all Best Western locations a bad name and I'll think twice before staying in another one.
