  We only stayed 1 night. So first = 1/6 of our stay was reduced with a 4pm check in and 11am check out = that is SO WRONG to take away/steal 5 hours of a 24 hour stay.! The room was clean...the bathroom big and nice. Nice coffee maker, refer, microwave. Good lamps with outlets. The carpet was ugly and hard. The staff were very nice & helpful. Easy beach access. Great big comfy bed. AC was nice on a summer day. Free easy parking by room.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay July 1st-3rd since the room was filled with bugs upon arrival. The door had about an inch gap underneath and there were roaches scurrying outside. We immediately addressed the front desk and let them know we could not stay and took photos and video. The front desk clerk said they would address their manager. We drove 5 hours just to turn right around. Absolutely disgusting. FIDO spoke with manager and they never refunded over $840–we didn’t even get to stay 20 minutes! We have been patient and understanding and have been completely disregarded. This is robbery. Don’t stay unless you want to share your room with bugs or be charged for a stay you didn’t even get to enjoy.

  The view of the ocean was ok,but the food was horrible, fruit loops were $20 per person waffles were overcooked, everything was overcooked and front lobby lady was rude to a customer on the phone and to me,🍤was not good came out with ketchup for dipping sauce.

  Very beautiful area and it's right in front of the beach. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable staying here, especially with a lot of families around me. Great location on the island and short drive to all activities. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend staying here!

  This Holiday Inn is overpriced at close to $350 a night. I don't mind paying for a quality hotel. THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM. At check in, which couldn't be until a few minutes before 4 pm, I was told the front desk couldn't locate my membership number. The young lady has a snippy attitude that isn't welcoming. I had to call Holiday Inn corporate to obtain the number and provide it to the front desk. Breakfast is not included. Daily coffee is included but the front desk doesn't tell you that. I could smell coffee and made my way to the coffee area, which is served to you and highly controlled. I had to go back to my room to fetch coffee tickets from the room key holder. The hotel is actually a motel, which is fine but not advertised as such. Room 148 smells like a dog and the grout reflects years of accumulated filth. The pool tile is filthy and half of the bikes have either a flat tire or the chain detaches (bikes 2 and 10) while riding, which we reported but I have no confidence they will be mended for the next want to be bike riders. The hotel is leaning toward disrepair. The coffee station lady was kind and pleasant. The cleaning ladies were also friendly and kind.
