- DHDee HSApr 27, 20264.0We’ve stayed here before and have always really enjoyed the ambiance—this town has a unique charm that keeps bringing us back. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite live up to our past experiences. Our room did not have a proper blind, and with the bright lights from the neighboring buildings shining in all night, it made for a pretty restless sleep. On top of that, there was noticeable noise coming from the floor above us, which made it hard to fully relax. We were also disappointed with the handicap parking situation. There simply weren’t enough accessible spaces available, which could be a real challenge for guests who rely on them. We still appreciate the overall atmosphere of the hotel, but a few improvements in these areas would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Parking terrible.Room semi clean,cobwebs in bathroom corners. No room service. Had to ask for fresh towels. Front desk person impersonal, "matter of fact." No name tag? Will not return there.
- MAMichelle AbbottApr 18, 20261.0We checked in April 17th we payed for the weekend but only stayed 1 night we woke up Saturday morning and my aunt found a bed bug in her bed we checked all beds before we stayed an didn't see anything so definitely not something they knew about we went to front desk they gave us our money back an we went to a different hotel they were very helpful very appligect very nice they were taking care of it right away the room were very clean very well stocked its a nice hotel nice pool great breakfast
