  Mrs. Me-Me at the bar is an excellent bar tender. She is very personable, knows her job well, and is willing to go the extra mile to help her customers. I would highly recommend visiting this location and meeting Mrs. Me-Me.

  As an IHG Gold Elite member, I was very disappointed by my experience at this hotel today. Upon entering the property, I was immediately confronted about using the restroom. The front desk associate, Ashanti, informed me that the bathrooms were for hotel guests only and stated, “You can’t just walk in here and use the bathroom.” Her tone came across as rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. For over a year, I have stopped at this location periodically to use the restroom while working as a female chauffeur driver near the airport. During that time, I have never experienced an issue. In fact, I have often complimented the staff on how clean and well-maintained the restroom facilities are. I have even shared those compliments with the manager and mentioned my intention to leave a positive review. As someone who spends long hours driving professionally, finding a safe and clean restroom near the airport can be challenging. I have always respected the property and its facilities. Being treated as though I was doing something wrong was both embarrassing and unnecessary. What made the interaction even more upsetting was that I felt I was judged based on my appearance that day. I was not dressed in my usual business attire, and it left me feeling as though I was treated differently because of how I looked rather than how I conducted myself. While I cannot know Ashanti’s intentions, the interaction made me feel singled out and unfairly targeted. I have never encountered this type of treatment at other IHG properties or at the Renaissance Atlanta Airport Hotel. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a loyal IHG customer. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service training to ensure all visitors and guests are treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
