  I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel, Atlanta Airport East Harperville, GA "Best Western". The hotel guest person, named Carl, was absolutely amazing. Carl was professional, kind, and quite knowledgeable in this field of work. It was late night, early morning so we talked for a short time and had a great conversation. Thank you Carl for making my stay a lot more pleasant. The hotel room was amazing: Neat, clean, the air worked great, even had updated quality TVs where I could just plug my flash drive in and watch my movies instead of some of the other hotels where I had to have a laptop as a medium device, because other hotel TV's couldn't support the files. This was a big plus for me. I like quality rooms in this hotel provided all my needs. Thank You, Carl, and Thank You " Best Western Hotel-PLUS" Respectfully, F. Thurston

  It is close to the airport so there's airplane noise. For my particular purpose the location was great or attending the Porsche experience.

  Carls customer service should be studied!! From my check in to my check out-he made everything memorable!! He’s very customer oriented. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was quiet & peaceful. I was able to utilize the gym during my stay(a plus). I will be returning soon❣️-Mrs.B

  El lugar muy cercano al Aereopuerto, estás a 10 minutos del Aereopuerto, a la par tienes un IHOP donde puedes comer las 24 horas , sin embargo servicio en mesas solo hay de 6 am a 10 pm , el hotel sirve buenos desayunos ! Las habitaciones son súper limpias y amplias , tienen botellas de agua pura y te dejan café para que prepares en una máquina!!! Te entregan los justo en shampoo y acondicionador y jabón de cuerpo ! Así que lleva por tu cuenta un poco más !!!!

  Room was clean. When I checked in and got to my room, the sliding door had been cracked open so the room was extremely humid. DeAndre (I am not sure how it’s spelled) was fantastic at check in. Delta got us rooms due to a delay. The whole process of getting to the hotel wasn’t explained by Delta so I called the number and requested a shuttle. He respectfully told me to be patient and the shuttles were constantly running. When we arrived I understand his problem; he was running back and forth between both stations checking people in and answering the constant phone calls from Delta passengers getting rooms. He handed himself extremely professionally and I hope the management team recognizes his contribution to the team. The location is ok. You think it’s close to the airport but because it’s on the east side and you leave on the west side of the airport, it takes about 10 minutes to get there.
