  The breakfast was great, and the hotel looks good.... but when I was going to bed I heard something cripey in my pillow case. When I pulled the pillow out of the pillow case I found a unused condom. I reported it to the front desk and they said I booked third party and all they could do is give us more pillows cases or change rooms. I wasn't happy with those options but I did take the pillow cases. I contacted Expedia and they told me that they give u new pillow cases and that was it.. I will leave pics of the conversation with Expedia

  Customer service at the front desk needs major improvement. The rooms are up to date, but upon entering the room, we noticed a used razor (with hair) in the shower (picture attached). Unacceptable.

  When we first got there, it was a little before check-in and our room wasn't ready but she just picked another room on a different floor so we have the top floor get some really good views you know just the trees and whatnot room was clean it wasn't a whole lot of bells and whistles but it was just what we needed it was breakfast every morning it's okay breakfast The people were very nice you know if you ask the question they didn't know they didn't know but if they did they'd punch you in the right direction The people that you know they had people who cleaned the room everyday unless you didn't want it if you needed something you know you just had to call down and they send it up just beautiful place to stay.

  Perfect pool for kids to enjoy while mom relaxed. My daughter enjoyed a birthday party here. Staff were very respectful.

  It seemed to be a clean hotel until we moved the blankets on the bed and there was blood on the sheet. Moved to another room and went from having a nice view to a horrible one and a room smelling… Then as soon as everyone is sleeping there fire alarms go off at 9 after night and wake my four year old daughter up.. This was definitely not a relaxing stay for me and truly wish I chose a different hotel. The only thing that was nice was having a wonderful front desk lady Janiyah Hatcher for being a wonderful worker and trying her best to help her guests…
