Very clean and nice. Staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Big nice bathroom. Icebox and microwave in room. Big options for breakfast.

The stay was overall fine, but I did have a problem with the shower and bathroom doors. The bathroom door would not stay open, and the shower door would not stay shut. I informed the front desk to have maintenance take a look at it. It was a bit annoying.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel looks good.... but when I was going to bed I heard something cripey in my pillow case. When I pulled the pillow out of the pillow case I found a unused condom. I reported it to the front desk and they said I booked third party and all they could do is give us more pillows cases or change rooms. I wasn't happy with those options but I did take the pillow cases. I contacted Expedia and they told me that they give u new pillow cases and that was it.. I will leave pics of the conversation with Expedia

Customer service at the front desk needs major improvement. The rooms are up to date, but upon entering the room, we noticed a used razor (with hair) in the shower (picture attached). Unacceptable.

When we first got there, it was a little before check-in and our room wasn't ready but she just picked another room on a different floor so we have the top floor get some really good views you know just the trees and whatnot room was clean it wasn't a whole lot of bells and whistles but it was just what we needed it was breakfast every morning it's okay breakfast The people were very nice you know if you ask the question they didn't know they didn't know but if they did they'd punch you in the right direction The people that you know they had people who cleaned the room everyday unless you didn't want it if you needed something you know you just had to call down and they send it up just beautiful place to stay.
