There was a ceiling fan in the room! Never seen that in a hotel before. Staff were very polite and respectful. Convenient to all activities on base. As a non-military visitor, it was nice to not have to go through the gates all the time.
Don’t be fooled by the photos you see online that’s not what the hotel looks like. Rooms are disgusting and not clean at all! Never even had one day of room service for the four days we stayed. Don’t waste your time booking here just book off post.

This place was pretty busy while we were there. Through it all they were very attentive to everything. Our AC was leaking and they were there within five minutes to fix it. Every time I went to the front desk, Sunny was all smiles and super helpful. The room we were in was clean and well stocked. The place is old so it’s not going to be like walking into a brand new building. It’s got character and every single person I encountered there was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good too. It’s a full breakfast not a continental breakfast. Nice and hot with a nice selection to choose from. The coffee and juice were delicious too. Most specifically the passion fruit and orange juice. I would definitely stay here again.
The best breakfast I’ve had at any military lodging facility. The iron was also one of the best I’ve used. Lastly, the shower curtain rod actually keeps the floor dry and stops the curtain from coming in contact while bathing. This breakfast, iron and shower curtain rod should be used across all military lodging facilities, as applicable.
We had a pleasant experience overall, especially thanks to the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and very intentional about making sure we were taken care of and we truly appreciated that.
The location was also very convenient, especially for military service members and their families, which is a great benefit.
However, the condition and upkeep of the property did not match that same level of care. There were several maintenance concerns in the unit, including visible water damage and rust along the bathroom baseboards, peeling and damaged surfaces, and issues with appliances such as an easily broken stove knobs when utilized.
In addition, there were sanitation concerns on the grounds, including rodent droppings that remained for multiple days and were not addressed until nearly a week later. This was concerning and impacted our overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance.
I’ve included photos for reference. With significant improvements and more consistent upkeep, this property has the potential to match the excellent service provided by the staff.
