  Roaches crawling on the bed, very disgusted with deplorable conditions. Raccoons and cats everywhere outside this place is a mess.

  This is probably the worst hotel out of all military bases. Fort Stewart does not care about the quality of life for military families that need somewhere to stay until they get housing. This hotel is very out of date. Very old and rusty cabinet that they try painting over. The bathroom plumbing is terrible, both the toilet and tub with very slow drainage. The ac doesn’t work, especially how very humid it is here the ac should be working properly for families. The tub is very cheap and rusted as well and the same as the cabinets they painted over it. It’s mold and mildew throughout the bathroom. And the laundry room is just as bad. There is 4 washing machine but only 2 work. There is 3 dryer (which I don’t know how that math work) and only 1 work. Like what are we really doing here. I’ve been to Fort Stewart 10 years ago and other than taking the carpets out and changing the appliances, this hotel is still the same. This hotel need some serious renovations or spend money to build and new hotel for the families that’s coming and leaving Fort Stewart. It will at least be a beginning to show that you care about the family well being. Whoever handle the budget here at fort Stewart need to understand how to allocate some of the money here on this post because majority of the stuff here is very outdated

  Con: Facilities need attention: there is mold growing around some ceiling vents, the bathtub would not drain properly, the room is weirdly damp, and I was locked out for extended periods of time twice because the lock on the door died. Con: I also said on the phone multiple times that I would have two cats, but was not put in a pet-friendly room. Pro: Staff is very welcoming and helpful!

  I wanted to take the time to recognize Steve at the front desk for the amazing service he provided me about two months ago. Even though I’m just now getting around to writing this review, the fact that I still remember how helpful he was speaks volumes about the lasting impression he made. Steve was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. He was professional, patient, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Steve, for going above and beyond!
