- TCToo Whom It May ConcernJul 18, 20262.0This Hotel charges a premium price for Military members, but always has the pool closed, especially on the weekends. The rooms are somewhat clean, and the cleaners are nice, but not all the front desk staff are friendly. They always run out of food in the morning time during breakfast.

- MLM LJul 12, 20265.0We had a fabulous experience! Everyone was polite. The room was much larger than expected, clean, well stocked with all we needed and the water pressure was decent. The hall was quiet (2nd floor.) The included breakfast was decent, the staff worked to keep it restocked. The only complaint we had was no fan in the bathroom 😳 but we brought along toilet spray 😅 and the toilet paper is awful - cheap and thin 🫠but these were both very minor things. The stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap were nice (Dove brand) and didn’t have overpowering scents. The air conditioning worked WELL. We actually got quite cold.

However, I believe some of the amenities could use an upgrade. The TV in my room stopped working on Tuesday and remained unresolved for the rest of my stay despite being reported. Additionally, I noticed that both the lobby and dining areas became quite hot during the day, which made those common areas less comfortable than expected. With some attention to these issues, the overall guest experience would be significantly improved.
