  You have to check in at Abrams hall there is not an actual front desk over here. Most of the people we encountered have been very kind, super friendly and accommodating. However my teen was in the room with the dogs when we came back from breakfast. We called, we knocked, no answer. I called my teen 4-5 times, still no answer so I asked a young man if he could open the door for me. My husband had both room keys and he's at a briefing for in processing. I was in the hall with my 9, 10, 2, and 8 month old. They said they had to verify who I was and I said my name, husbands name and rank and room number. They said I needed my ID, come back to Abrams and come back here and they'd let me in. Yes, our fault he has both room keys. My ID is in my car and it's raining so pardon me for not wanting to take my toddler and infant back out in the rain to get it. Be so for real. I am one of 5 people in the entire world with our last name, 3 of us were in the hall, my husband was at his briefing and my father in law is in California. IN WHAT UNIVERSE would anyone be able to guess that name, rank, room number correctly? Why would anyone go through the trouble to stay at this specific hotel on a military base and not be who they say they are. I must have missed the national security threat in the hall way. My mistake

  The old Korean lady that works the breakfast area is extremely rude to my wife who is Filipino. It isn’t a one off thing, she has shown these tendencies multiple times towards my wife and not anybody else that I have personally witnessed. I called her out on her being extremely rude to my wife and she just laughed so I walked away. She makes my family feel extremely unwelcome.

  Stayed here for two weeks when my family PCS’d from Bragg. Clean hotel and right across the street from the mini mall and Burger King/Dunkin. Perfect if you have dogs
