  I recently stayed at Abrams Hall at Fort Benning on July 13th and my experience was made even better by the outstanding staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay. Chantel was the first person who assisted me, and she immediately made me feel welcome. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions with a positive attitude. Her professionalism and warm personality made the check-in process smooth and set the tone for a great stay. Kam was equally impressive. Kam was attentive, courteous, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. It was clear that providing great service was a priority, and I appreciated the care and respect shown throughout my visit. Ashley W. stood out for her exceptional customer service and attention to detail. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and handled every interaction with kindness and efficiency. Her willingness to go the extra mile helped make my stay even more enjoyable. Last but certainly not least, Ashley M. was wonderful to interact with. She was professional, friendly, and consistently maintained a positive attitude. Her excellent communication and genuine care for guests left a lasting impression and completed an already outstanding experience. Overall, my stay at Abrams Hall at Fort Benning was excellent. The clean accommodations and the exceptional service provided by Chantel, Kam, Ashley W., and Ashley M. truly made this a memorable visit. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Abrams Hall to anyone visiting the area.

  I’m not sure if this is the correct place to send this comment? I had to highlight Miss Michelle at the front Desk of IHG Abrams Hotel. We are a family who recently PCSd here. A PCS is stressful as is. Miss Michelle made us laugh every day. She got to know us by name. Whenever I walked in or out she would greet me with “Hi, Miss Melyssa!” or “Have a good day, Miss Melyssa!” Any questions I had she would answer. If she didn’t know the answered she offered to find it. There is another gentleman who works with her, I believe his name is Mr. Tim- he is equally as polite. He reminds me of a teddy bear. He is business at first then once you get to talking to him he is funny and such a kind soul. He always made me feel loved and welcome! Lastly, Kam. The day we arrived Kam is who we ran in to. After an 8hr drive Kam greeting us with a smile and enthusiastic “Hello! How can I help you?” was so refreshing. He knows his hotel. Any question I had asking where something was- he knew it. He was sweet to my kids & he made us laugh. He’s such a sweet guy.

  This was my 2nd stay while visiting my son. 2 of the 3 folks at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. To me a clean room is 60% of the review with 10% front desk and 30% bed & pillow. FYI the breakfast is great. Lots of choices and the ladies kept everything stocked.
