  I wish I could rate this better, but the receptionist tonight was absolutely disrespectful to my fellow soldiers and me when helping one of them get a spare room key card. Instead of explaining to us calmly why she can't provide the key, she started yelling at us. She was being absolutely hostile, as if we had provoked a fight with her. She was treating another soldier and me as if we were slow and was getting red in the face. We had to get our soldiers to come in and show their faces and IDs so they could receive their new door ID cards. She was laughing and mocking us, saying it was that easy, and we were being very difficult. She ended it all with a sarcastic, "Have a nice night". If this is how Holiday Inn trains its staff, then they need to fix themselves because this wasn't the first time I had to deal with a rude staff member.

  This place is gigantic. Rooms are always good and clean. Breakfast is great. Convenient location if you’re going to ranger school or something like that.

  Great place and staff, but the worst hotel internet ever. It's essentially non-existent. Staff told me there's only 1 router for the whole hotel, but that it's good enough to cover the whole hotel. It is not, and makes getting work done here impossible.

  I stayed here recently and found the experience to be pretty underwhelming compared to other spots I’ve visited. While the location is convenient for getting around the base, the building itself feels very dated and the hallways had a bit of a musty smell that was hard to ignore. My room was basic and mostly clean, but the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud and rattled all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was also a bit of a letdown with limited options that ran out quickly, and the staff didn't seem very hurried to restock things. It works if you just need a place to crash for a night, but it definitely lacks the comfort and freshness you expect from a modern hotel stay.

  The staff are friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great. The rooms were larger than I expected. Parking is convenient and plentiful. Definitely worth the cost.
