  Our family needed to locate a conference room to have a Christmas luncheon with only a few days notice. The Holiday Inn Express was very accommodating and rented us the conference room near the lobby. I was not sure what to expect having travelled a good bit in the past with mixed experiences in hotels. This one though was GREAT! I can't say enough about how kind and responsive the staff was to any requests or questions we had. Makayla (Sorry if misspelled) greeted me upon entering the lobby with a smile and a great attitude. She was so eager to help with anything we asked during our use of the facility. She and the other team members made the experience wonderful. The lobby and conference room were clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel! If the rooms are anything like the first level of the hotel, they are great too! We would definitely come here again.

  I stayed there last week during a work trip. Upon leaving (before check out) I realized I left my iPad. I called the front desk and notified them that I left it in my room and was sending a coworker to go retrieve it. I checked my “find my iPad” app and saw it on site. When my coworker got there he said they couldn’t find it. So I checked the app again and it had left the hotel. Mind you all of this happened before check out so no one would have been in the room otherwise… my company has a corporate account at holiday inn and stay at hundreds of properties a year, no longer.

  Pristine condition, excellent guest services!!! Comfortable beds, 2 big TVs, very clean!!! Breakfast is pretty good too!
