I was so happy with every single part of my experience with this hotel. It has been a long time (definitely pre-COVID) that a hotel experience has been so enjoyable and stress-free. Fayetteville is an adorable, awesome place - and having a place like this to stay just makes it that much better! Firdt of all, location was great - close to wverythibg you wabt to do/see, but nice and quiet. Parking was convenient, and as soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view with a very large window (I loved all the natural light when I pulled the blinds up during the day, but complete black-out darkness with the shades down at night). The room was immaculately clean. Bed was so comfy. Bathroom had some nice soaps and there was even an *actual* hot breakfast in the morning (even higher end hotels haven't been doing that since COVID!). I was just so happy and it was an affordable stay on top of it all.

Thanks for this opportunity tell about of my experience while hear at the Holiday Inn in Fayetteville , my husband and myself and our three fur babies have been Guests at the Holiday Inn since March 26,2021 , because we lost everything in the Tornado that hit Newnan and destroyed several homes, the treatment here has been everything second to none everyone at guest services, Everyone greets you with a smile which you get a warm pleasant feeling , because this sets the tone for your establishment, when I say everyone I mean from the front desk customers serves , Environmental services , and the food services worker have been nothing but like family . We appreciate the excellent customer service care we have received since being here we have gotten to know everyone and built relationship with staff and other guest as well , after the Trauma our family has been through it’s been a blessing to be in a nice Hotel with such a wonderful staff where everybody somebody , I want to commend the Owners for hiring a wonderful group of people that know how to serve our community and they do it well.I will most Definitely keep you in my Prayers Thank you Gloria Jeffery Room 107 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏🙏
