  Property did not feel very secure during the evening hours. Quite a few people loitering in the parking lot and people smoking weed right outside the front door. The breakfast bar ran out of hot items 30min before scheduled close. Staff was Dmdefinitely were not prepared for a busy morning. Room was okay. I would not recommend this hotel.

  I was in town for a Wedding,this Holiday Inn Express was very nice room was clean , friendly helpful staff was very much appreciated... Some Holiday inn Express Hotels have gone down over the years,but this was very nice,like a throwback to when they first came out..... Clearly I would recommend this hotel.....

  I would have given it a zero if I could but I stayed from the 9th through the 12th. I thought my husband had packed our pack n play for our eight month old twins. He did not because he thought that I grabbed it. I live 2 1/2 hours away when I called up there and asked if they still had it, they said that they did not have it. When I asked to talk to a manager, the lady was very rude and told me there was no manager and that I had to talk to her. I have someone who stays out there that could’ve went and picked it up for me. Instead, they decided to lie and steal it. Honestly it’s really sad that you have to steal from a child and for yall to think that it is okay is just crazy to me yall have cameras and can review them but don’t want to this is just sick. Update: Now after getting the run around from them and waiting they said there was nothing they can do and that we have to file a police report. They are very rude and steal so would recommend not staying here unless you want to be stolen from. Update: I’ve talked to the GM and while he did apologize, the story that I’m getting does not make any sense. He stated he went back and watched the cameras and that the housekeepers put it in the lobby And stuck it in another room stating that I was going to be coming back to pick it up. When I called Yesterday multiple times I got told that it was not there at all. Now all of a sudden it magically appears he says he’s going to send me a picture. I have not received a picture so now it just feels as if they’re waiting for it to be brought back to the hotel at this point I stated to him that I did not want it back because I did not know what they have done to it and I do not know if they’ve done something that can harm my children. I don’t feel like my concern is actually being heard. My sister works at a hotel through the company of Holiday Inn express. I understand everyone has their own policies and protocols. I don’t think that this is being treated as it should be. I have someone going to pick it up and it is going to be tossed in the trash because I will not put my kids in harm way and I’m now going to have to shell out another $200 to purchase the same one.

  Horrible stay!!!!! We first got there, parking was a nightmare. It was so overcrowded I had to park several parking lots away at a different hotel. There were multiple trailers and campers taking up several parking spaces in the parking lot. Why not ask trailers and campers to park further away?! The room below us was partying until about 2 a.m.(yelling, music, slamming doors, etc.). Etc). I called the front desk 3 times to ask if someone could please do something about this, but no one answered. Because I was traveling alone with 3 small children, I couldn’t leave my room to go to the front desk. The last straw was my 3-year-old son found a THC gummy underneath the AC unit while playing with his cars. I can’t imagine if he would have taken it. I’m so thankful I was right next to him when he found it!! I asked the young lady at the front desk to please have a manager call me, and it’s been over a week since my stay, and nobody has reached out.
