  My weekday stay was quiet, clean room, nice breakfast. They also have a pool. It's located near my gym and work. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Use the IHG app to get points.

  From check-in to check-out the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, nice, and were all smiles the entire duration of the stay. Corey has excellent customer service and was readily available to answer any and all questions we had and assist with our needs. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a chance to relax and enjoy having peace of mind while staying here. If I ever find myself traveling to the area again, I know where I'll be staying.

  It was a good experience. This woman I think her name was Jazmyn, I might be wrong attended us amazingly. She gave us a clean room and did it quickly. Good customer service!!

  We stopped by this property during our road trip to visit a friend in the area, and it turned out to be a great stay. The location is ideal—it’s right near Duluth’s bustling Koreatown, which meant we had easy access to an incredible variety of Korean food and local spots to explore. Because there is so much to see and do right around the hotel, we spent most of our time out and about and really just used the room to sleep. That said, we had zero complaints. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and offered a quiet, comfortable night's rest. It was a seamless, enjoyable overnight stay, and we would definitely stop here again!

  The service at this hotel is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!! First arrival, our door was sticky and took everything in your hand power to open it, had a small spider in my bed, damaged back door, stains on carpet and main areas of the hotel were so freaking hot. I called down to the front desk and all they could say was they dont have service people on the weekend and he couldnt do anything about the main areas and hallways being hot. The manager, owner, whoever they are, does not speak to you at all. If you call or speak with the front desk, they are not helpful. The manager/owner lambrogini stays parked in the loading and unloading cover area so when it was pouring rain and my husband was trying to drop me off up front, we had no room. They do not care if something is wrong with your room; their response will be, "Well, that's just the way it is, or you are the only one to say anything." I travel a lot and never once changed rooms in a hotel until this visit, when our fridge went. Kimberlee (the night shift desk person) was so incredibly nice and offered to switch our rooms since she couldn't switch fridges. but everyone else was absolutely awful and I love staying Holiday Inns!!! They are not welcoming at all. Worst hotel ever!!!!
