  It’s disappointing that this hotel has an employee who appears so unhappy in her position, as it negatively impacts the guest experience. The night shift employee, a Black female whose name I do not know, consistently displays poor customer service and communication. She made a major issue out of an in-house form that is not a corporate-required document, insisting that parents sign it or be removed from the hotel. What made the situation even more frustrating was that a parent had already spoken with the General Manager earlier that day, yet she refused to acknowledge that communication and continued harassing families over the same issue. Her attitude toward guests was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Our baseball team stays at this hotel multiple times each month, but after repeatedly witnessing the way she treats paying guests, we have decided that we will no longer book our stays here. Management should address this issue, as one employee can easily drive away loyal customers.

  I want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service provided by the male employee who assisted me this morning. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the night auditor was unacceptable. She displayed a lack of professionalism, spoke disrespectfully to children, and repeatedly communicated incorrect hotel policies to guests. Even after I spoke with the General Manager, Kenny, she continued to treat my family with hostility and refused to contact him for clarification regarding the situation. She informed guests that no one was allowed outside their rooms after 11:00 p.m. However, the General Manager confirmed that families are permitted to be outside with their children as long as they are supervised and not running through the hallways or disturbing other guests. This misinformation created unnecessary conflict and frustration. Our travel team books more than 10 rooms two to three times each month, and this was by far the worst customer service experience we have encountered. The incident has been reported to corporate. Based on the unprofessional treatment we received, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

  Nice, clean hotel with lots of amenities! The rooms were nicely remodeled and the beds slept well. The breakfast bar is top notch with a big variety of food. The coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar was my favorite!

  I received a no show fee, I had a very intense work trip and had to chance locations last minute. I travel lots for work and I own up to my mistake but the GM couldn't even get on the phone with me or understand that I use them a lot and will continue to do so BUT I will not be staying at any Holiday Inn going forward even if it is further away Hilton you got my business, they have great customer service.
