It is a really nice experience live in Holiday Inn. I rarely write reviews, but Yuni at the front desk genuinely made my stay memorable. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond — walking me through everything from where to find the water dispenser and ice machine to the ironing board. But what really stood out was her restaurant recommendations. She didn't just hand me a list; she marked her personal favorites, walked me all the way to the entrance, and spent a good twenty minutes making sure I'd find my way. That kind of warmth is rare. The most charming moment? She asked me to teach her how to say "thank you" and "goodbye" in Chinese. I was already waiting for the elevator when I heard her still practicing — saying "再见" over and over to herself with complete sincerity. Yuni, your dedication and genuine care for guests is something special. Whatever you do in life, you bring real heart to it. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

From the moment we entered the hotel everyone was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. They had a great variety to choose from for breakfast. No reason to go away hungry. Rooms were very nice and clean and the location was perfect. Right in the heart of town. Staff does an amazing job taking pride in their job. We will definitely chose this hotel again whenever we visit the area and need a place to stay.

We have never been to Atlanta to stay overnight. We had a wedding in Kirkwood and this hotel was pretty close by. It doesn’t look very inviting from the outside, but it was a nice hotel inside. The lobby was bright and clean. They had a complimentary coffee bar. The wonderful women that were working the desk were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond for us (even tried to help us find a deck of cards to play some games!). The room was clean, and everything worked. We were on the first floor near the lobby and were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t hear a bunch of noise and stuff in our rooms. Would recommend for a nice place to stay.

This is the most wonderful hotel we have stayed at here in Decatur , Ga. Eboni, Uni and Shaley have been the most helpful and precious working with us to keep A room close to the hospital !! Would recommend this hotel anytime !! They will work with you anyway possible !! ❤️❤️
