  **Outstanding Service from Michael!** Michael at the front desk provided exceptional, proactive service throughout my stay. From a warm welcome at check-in to personally following up once he ran into me and asked if my room was spotless and how was my stay going, it was obvious his dedication went above and beyond. In addition, his hospitality completely elevated my stay and exceeded my expectations for IHG. Michael deserves a major recognition for his incredible work! 5 ⭐️ service! Michael, You Rock & certainly LeveledUp the bar!

  The front desk has left me on hold for over 30 minutes now. I called back and was immediately put on hold again. I did finally get through and get my answers needed. The location was close to lots of great food. The rooms were good but not great. It is definitely a business location and not somewhere to go on vacation in my opinion.

  I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I especially want to recognize Michael, the breakfast attendant, for making my mornings so enjoyable. From the moment I saw him, he was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He always greeted guests with a smile and made sure everyone had what they needed. Michael went above and beyond to keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and well-stocked. He was constantly checking on things, making sure the food was fresh, and helping guests whenever they needed anything. What really stood out to me, though, was his genuine kindness and positive attitude. He made the breakfast experience feel much more personal and pleasant. It’s employees like Michael who can truly make a difference in a hotel stay. His professionalism, hard work, and warm personality did not go unnoticed. He made me feel welcomed and taken care of every morning, and I really appreciated the effort he put into making sure guests had a great start to their day. I highly recommend recognizing Michael for his excellent service. He is a wonderful representative of the hotel, and his dedication and friendly attitude deserve to be acknowledged. Thank you, Michael, for making my stay even more enjoyable!

  This is a very clean, safe, acceptable place to stay if you are visiting from out of town. The staff is top-notch and they are very respectful, accommodating and always friendly. CallingThe lovingly prepared morning breakfast a "continental style" is an understatement. 2 kinds of eggs, potatoes, bacon, or sausage, biscuits and gravy, Cereal and fruit and every type of breakfast beverage you could ever want are available 7 days a week, starting at 6:30 AM. Fresh ground coffee available in the lobby 24/7. I spent a total of 5 weeks staying here 3 different times over the summer sent here by my company for training, and I felt like I was at home for the most part. My only suggestion is that they start allowing us to get breakfast at 6 AM instead of 6:30, because my class started at 7 AM every day which prevented me from truly enjoying it, except on the weekends. The local medical facility is very close and I've been told a number of out of town patients stay there overnight prior to appointments the next morning, which is extremely convenient for them. It also serves as a good overnight stay for the medical caregivers who work there. The local area doesn't have too much to offer in the way of tourist attractions or iconic restaurants, but as long as you have a rental car and Google Maps, it is a very convenient inexpensive place to stay when visiting the Atlanta area. There is an indoor pool for cooling off, under the hotel, as well as a reasonably equipped workout room. There is more than enough parking for every hotel guest, which is free to all who stay there. The outside patio area has tables and chairs for relaxing and you are almost in the woods, so make sure you bring your bug repellent, LOL. More than adequate Wi-Fi, and if you want your local channels bring you a roku or a firestick, and you will feel like you are at home as I did.

  I would like to write a review for Yuni, a staff member at the hotel where I am staying. On my first night, I arrived very late after dark. As soon as I walked into the lobby, Yuni greeted me by my name, Yu. She handed me the envelope prepared for the last checking-in guest of the day and introduced herself as Yuni. Our names sound quite similar, which instantly made me feel warm and welcome. She also gave us a guided tour of the hotel, introducing its various facilities as well as the time and venue for breakfast in detail. Her posture, gestures and presentation left a deep impression on me, just like a professional host. When I returned to the hotel the next evening, she was still on duty at the front desk and called out my name warmly again, which led to a pleasant conversation between us. My child is preparing for college applications, and Yuni offered us plenty of valuable advice, especially on mindset adjustment throughout the application process. Her insights were thoughtful and practical. During our conversation, I found Yuni possessed strong critical thinking skills. Her words carry the depth of a philosopher and the gentle temperament of a poet. I later learned that she majored in history and sociology, making her an open-minded and insightful person. Every interaction with her brings pleasant surprises, and I am truly glad to have met her. Thanks to Yuni, my stay near Emory University in Atlanta has left me with unforgettable memories. I highly recommend visitors to this area to stay at this hotel, and take the chance to chat with Yuni — you will surely experience the unique charm of this outstanding and talented person.
