  We only spent one night there, but the room was fine, the place appeared clean and kept. It definitely served the purpose. Would stay again.

  Confused as to why room was so expensive on the weekend yet there was no maid service or towels changed for a two night stay!

  Pros: the ladies at the front desk are very kind and the common areas of the hotel appear very clean. Cons: the very strong mold smell in the room was the overwhelming and unhealthy. I contacted IHG corporate and they offered me 5000 points and stated that was adequate compensation for the $279/night rate I paid. No one should be exposed to mold regardless of the cost paid per night. I politely declined. Never again.

  This hotel is the definition of hospitality! Staff is SO friendly, helped us during a situation where a VRBO didn’t work out, and I’ll be staying there anytime I’m in Dawsonville again. They bent over backwards to get my family in rooms for a full week and I’ve never had such kind people help us in a hotel like that.
