  My family and I had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant—they were always willing to help with a smile. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. We truly felt valued as guests and created wonderful memories during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and a relaxing experience!

  I am doing this review on behalf of my husband . He is one of the contractors that is forced to unfortunately stay at this location. His ac did not work for two nights and they refused to switch him rooms till maintenance “worked on it”…. Keep in mind . These men are contractors that working anywhere from 12-15 hours a day and management has the audacity to have an attitude while he waits till maintenance arrives to just say “ yeah that’s done your gonna have to switch rooms”. My husband then had to go down and relay to management to then get a new room like he had asked ORIGINALLY but they REFUSED. They then , with sass and attitude give him a new room with MILDEW in the AC vent . HE then takes pictures and asked maintenance what that was and they tell it’s fine and he shouldn’t worry about that stuff … after researching and realizing we aren’t supposed to be breathing in mildew my husband walks down and demands a new room . Management then goes “we didn’t know it was bad for you “. So disappointed that these hard working men and women away from home have to deal with this type of management that don’t care since it’s not their family members staying there . How do the the people managing and running these places not know that mildew is MOLD!!!! DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTING. ****UPDATE **** MANAGER on VACATION called husband about asking to taking post down and or to let him know that they were going to respond that I was exaggerating as the spouse. Husband was NOT HAPPY to one hear that yet again management is trying to make light of situation and second humiliation/ put spouses against each other for shedding light as to the experience he is going through. He also did not give them permission to use his name publicly.

  Rooms are clean, hotel is in convenient spot off the interstate. Came here pretty late one night because we were tired of driving and the front desk worker provided us key cards with no room number.. we didn’t realize until we got to our floor and had to go back to front desk two separate times because she insisted she wrote it down. We stayed in a room with a handicap shower and she seen we had two little children.. you’d think she’d have given us a bath tub or at least mentioned it was a handicap room. Super slippery floors!!! Needs bath mat
