Great customer service! Conveniently located next to a great Korean steakhouse. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast is good with several choices daily. The pictures are of room 122. I would highly recommend this location!

Chelsea provided excellent service. She changed our room for the second night of a 2 day stay. There was a big group of children booked for the Labor Day weekend. They were on the second floor running up and down the hallways and making a lot of noise. The children were so unruly that the staff had to remove the mouse from the lobby computer due the children using it as a toy. The parents did not discipline their children at all.

The staff was very nice. But I was told it is quiet it is not. It’s next to a highway with motorcycles and there was loud music outside til midnight. The air conditioning is not on in the hallways and you get a cheap window unit. I don’t recommend. they know there’s an issue they know it’s a bad location. The staff is very accommodating however, there’s homeless people making noise. It’s crazy. It’s a very bad location. and you have Lowe’s people working overnight it’s terrible

After experiencing terrible situations with Wyndham hotels and Hotels.Com now Expedia, I was afraid to book another hotel! Holiday Inn Express and suites in Cumming, GA is exceptional🤩!! They were so pleasant and accommodating, the hotel is beautiful and clean in safe area, with convenient shops and restaurants nearby; and that exceptional included fresh hot breakfast…. Yummm!! 🍽️ We had a family reunion and my family members truly enjoyed their stay here, and I appreciate the kind professionalism from Barbara and Brittney!! We would definitely stay at beautiful Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Cumming again, and book directly!!

Nice hotel, easy access - close to stores and restaurants. Miss Brittany extremely helpful with check in. Good breakfast as well. Thank you!, I am looking forward to coming back.
